Great repair on nearly new car
The repair on the car was done very well and the car was returned in a good condition. The car was only six months old when another car was driven into it.
After the repair it is not possible to see that there was any damage done to the car.
The reception was very helpful and the service was quick and helpful from Dee & Lorna.

Fix Auto review
From first taking my car in for an estimate to collecting it after the repair was completed the whole process was handled in a very professional manner. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lorna on reception. Unfortunately the repair took longer than expected due to a wheel refurbishment being outsourced, so if it hadn't been for this delay I would have given 5 stars,but overall a good experience.

Fix Auto repaired my car (damage to rear bumper and crash bar) and it looked better than before the accident - the repair is perfect, and the car was gleaming from a wash and polish. I was updated several times throughout the process and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was impressed and highly recommend them.

Delay - The repair took longer than anticipated due to delays in sourcing the required parts — specifically the offside rear scraper moulding. This delay was unfortunately outside of our control. Our parts advisor chased this item daily, and we were doing everything possible to obtain it as quickly as we could. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Vehicle Mileage - When you provided photographs of your vehicle on 13 November, the mileage recorded was 56,013. When the vehicle arrived with us on 15 December, the mileage was 56,100. As part of our standard process, we take photographs as soon as a vehicle arrives on site. Your vehicle was driven only for the following purposes:
• Collection and return between your address and our site (approximately 44 miles)
• A post repair safety road test to ensure the vehicle was driving correctly (2 miles)
Other than these necessary journeys, your vehicle was not driven elsewhere.
Clutch Concern - You contacted our site and spoke to Mark and reported to him that your clutch had become stuck and expressed concern that this may have been caused by our repairs or related to the accident. Mark explained that our work was limited to the rear quarter of the vehicle and did not involve the clutch or any mechanical components.
During our pre repair checks, a fault code relating to the clutch was identified. Mark relayed this information to you and explained that this issue was not accident related.
You also mentioned that the AA were attending. After confirming that both you and the vehicle were safe, Mark advised that if your insurer believed the issue was accident related, you should contact us again so that we could assist. We did not receive any further communication after this.
I am genuinely sorry that you feel our service did not meet your expectations. Our team takes great pride in the standard of care we provide, which is reflected in our many 5 star reviews.

Great Customer Care Experience
I recently used Fix Auto Weston-super-Mare for vehicle repairs, and overall, I had a positive experience—particularly with their customer service.
Dee and Lorna were outstanding throughout the process. They responded promptly to phone calls, provided accurate and clear updates about the progress of the repairs, and were always professional and courteous. During in-person visits, the waiting times were minimal, and everything was handled efficiently, which made the experience much smoother and less stressful.
That said, there were a few issues that could be improved. The repairs took longer than initially expected, which was somewhat frustrating. Additionally, there was a delay in the provision of an automatic courtesy car. Given that customers have different transmission preferences and requirements, it would be beneficial for the company to increase the availability of courtesy cars, particularly automatics, to better accommodate a wider range of customers.
Overall, the excellent customer care provided by Dee and Lorna stood out and made a real difference. With some improvements around repair timelines and courtesy car availability, the service would be exceptional.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout.
From the gentleman that collected and returned my vehicle to the lovely ladies on the end of the phone.
The repair was to my front bumper, where they have matched the metalic red colouring perfectly. Before returning my car to me, they cleaned it inside and out!

My car was bumped, and the other guy's insurance made all the arrangements.
From the moment i walked in, everything was very efficient. The receptionists were fully informed of who i was and what was required. My car was repaired when they said, returned to me, and it was washed(bonus!).
