Some initial issues with the assessment and decisions taken to outsource the work meant my car was out of action for probably a month longer than needed. Initially, I did struggle to get updates as to progress which was frustrating. However in the end the quality of the repair looks great and they are a professional outfit and do believe customer service is important as Karl took time out to ensure I was appraised of the status once the work actually commenced.

I do not generally do reviews. However, this is the 3rd time that I have had repairs done to my vehicles in the last 5 years by Fix Auto in W-S-M and on each occasion the work has been exemplary. Consequently, I feel this review has been well earned.

Polite and friendly and helpful phone calls from Lorna and Dee. They did not complain when I submitted my car on an earlier day than I was supposed to. They checked with the team and arranged for the car to be prepped early for repair.
I had some other work which I wanted to have done privately and not through the insurance. Lorna and Dee called for the estimator and I was given a quote there and then. After agreeing to the quote the work was added to the existing repair. The work was carried out quickly and I was kept fully informed When I collected my car it looked like new. An excellent job all round. All the staff that I came into contact with were cheerful, helpful and very polite.

This is a really proficient and experienced team .friendly and approachable.

The car was returned back to me after repairs and some body painting in a condition that made it look like new .

The original estimation was that the work would take 2 weeks and, in actuality, it took just 1 week. I'm so pleased with the repair and the whole process was so smooth and professionally managed. Very good service, repaired my car, quite quick, and picked up, and dropped off for me, good job, looks as good as new, and cleaner, and staff were very friendly, and helpful, highly recommend.
