They were great through the whole process of my car being fixed. They picked the car up for me and kept me updated through the whole process. It looked like they had even cleaned my car for me when I came to collect it - it looked like I had a brand new car!

Bumper poorly fitted
Workshop manager was to review and call me back never happened .
Video sent to assessor and request the information was to be passed on .
Still not repaired was promised a call back to resolve by the end of last week .
I called on the Friday only to be told I will receive a call back . Early the following week
Still not received a call it is now Wednesday evening

My car was booked in on the 22/11/23 after a collision on the motorway on the 7/11/23. My car was all repaired and ready to collect on the 30/11/23. I can honestly say that everything went smoothly at fix auto, and they have done an excellent job on my pride and joy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Well done to all the staff.

The whole process with Fix Auto was outstanding. The service I received from the team, particularly Dale Johnson, was more than I ever expected or have experienced before. They maintained regular communication and went above and beyond at all stages of the process. They met the deadlines they set and the work they carried out on my vehicle was to the highest standard. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough.

Fix Auto sorted every detail out. Even picked the car up and dropped it off when complete. The gentleman who picked up and dropped off was very professional, as were all the staff. First class service. Thank you.

Linda and Gareth at the front desk couldn’t have done more. Very warm and friendly. The service was seamless; start to end. Super pleased I picked this company to oversee my repair and very grateful to the guys who actually did the work. My car was returned in a better condition than it was given…. Even down to the clean.
Always check the ratings and other customers experiences before procuring any services for similar. Would highly recommend to anybody in the Wigan area (and beyond if you’re happy to travel). You’ll not be disappointed.
