Good service, good communication and car repair as expected

Very good service. Very happy with our car

Once we arranged a date everything was very straightforward. I took my car as arranged, they did a thorough check of my car and then the courtesy car. It took a week to complete the repairs, which have been carried out to a very high standard. When I went to pick my car up the service was outstanding.

Good friendly communication,first rate repair,car as good as new.

Excellent communication at every stage. Repairs completed promptly and to a very high standard. Can’t even tell that there has been any damage to my car.

Job took far too long. No communication, then sent a text to tell me my car was ready and expected me to drop everything and pick up straight away, despite being 3 days later than what I was told.

My advice to anybody considering using this company would be to stay well clear, I dropped my Van off due to somebody reversing into it, and to sort a couple of issues, the estimates seemed excessive for the outside insurance work I requested, in the end I chose for just a respray of the bonnet and tidy up the dents which was £672 for a VW transporter bonnet. The updates on the insurance work was never updated with myself, until I chased. The communication from the estimater was very short and poor, an email response took days. When I collected, I wasn't happy with the workmanship, the bumper which had been resprayed was scratched, I showed the member of staff Gareth who attempted to convince me the bumper had only been 50% sprayed and that scratch was existing, eventually the workshop manager came over and his response was it shouldn't be there we will polish it out. Then I checked the bonnet, the bonnet paint work still had stone chips at the edges, and the van had to go in for a second time to be redone, God only knows how many layers of paint I now have on my bonnet, The expectations I had clearly was too much for this body shop, the paint work on the bonnet was covered in swirls, its as though they had tried to polish it with scourer, have they never heard of a microfiber cloth. When I got home, I noticed blemishes as though the paintwork has been burnt on the rear nearside panel, all in all the worse experience I have had with a bodyshop, still searching for a descent body shop, one day I will find it.

The team have done an impeccable job on my car repairs, to the point where you wouldn’t know any damage had occurred in the first place!

My only criticism is that I had to chase to find out an estimated completion date, but their service and skills are at a very good level

Bodywork completed was a solid 9/10 slight colour difference on the resprayed panels, but overall did a good job.
But the wheel refurb was a completely different colour and I noticed it straight away, also still waiting for then to contact me back to sort it out…
