A good quality job completed in a remarkably quick time.

Car was collected just before Christmas and the valuation of works was submitted and approved over Christmas meaning the garage could jump straight on ordering parts and doing the repairs, I had good communication with the garage giving me updates and the car came back immaculate no only like it hadn’t been in an accident but absolutely spotless, recommend Debbie and the team at Fix Auto

For what was quite a straight forward repair it took longer than expected and I wasn’t kept in the loop about any delays. I only received updates when I phoned in. Also I tried to call a few times and no one was available to take my call and didn’t call back which added to the frustration. I also received a very small Toyota ago courtesy car when i had notified my insurer and poss fix auto that I needed a bigger car suitable for 3 kids for the school run.

Absolutely poor from star to finish going through insurance would definitely not recommend poor communication no update unless I called and work carried out on car has to be all done up again as incomplete when we got the car back the inside door panel wasn’t in properly the door frame as well we could literally see all the wires and car didn’t even go for a full valet there was dust dirt inside where you could obviously see they had worked absolutely disgraceful
even the manager himself was disgusted by the pictures I sent and the way the car had been repaired and brought back to me
Now I have to bring the car to another garage to get it fixed properly from the accident and from the poor repair that BSM in Worsley have carried out

Fast and efficient work! Took my van in for repair, the staff was super helpful keeping me up to date with every step of the process. Once repair was done the van was handed to me in top condition with a free wash as well. Big thanks to all the staff at AutoFix especially Sunny who went that extra mile for me in making sure the van was handed to me in mint condition 👍

As a driver, has had a road accident always not feels good specially on a non fault accident. My insurer, Admiral introduced me to Fix Auto Worsley for my claim and repairing work. After confirming the appointment with Debbie, I sent my car to the garage and pick up a courtesy car, a 73 plate Toyota Aygo X, that included in my policy cover for my daily use during my car at the garage until it is ready to get back today. Everything gone smoothly, Debbie prepared the paperwork and connected with the insurer to make sure I do not need to pay any excess for this non fault claim. The garage manager, Sunny (hope I’m right) escorted me to examine the repairing work done. Under my case, from communication, making appointment, courtesy car, repairing works to picking up my car, everything go super smoothly. I’m highly appreciated what Debbie, Sunny and all Fix Auto staffs working hard for my case, and would highly recommend Fix Auto Worsley for everyone no matter they’re individuals or introduced by insurers.

I researched different Fix Autos when I was informed by Admiral this is one of the companies they use. I was impressed with the trust pilot reviews and I can now see why they have scored so highly.
Both Deb and Sarah were very efficient and helpful. When I booked my car in, Deb explained the process and answered my questions with confidence. She really knows what she is talking about and has got this busy repair centre under control.
They managed to get my car back to me fully repaired before I went on holiday (the repair was excellent) this was a tight deadline as additional parts were required, but they were true to their word when they said they would try their very best to get it sorted for me.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company. 5 * from me.

We were steered to this garage by our insurer. Response and communication were excellent and interaction with staff always a pleasant experience. They were super busy, which is surely a good sign, but the hire car we had was better than ours so hardly a hardship!

These guys are amazing! My car was in a crash that had really bad damage down the drivers side, and wasn’t sure if this was repairable or not. Thankfully Debbie said it was and I am more than happy and grateful to them. The car looks as good as new and they updated me throughout the process. Special thanks to Mike for the paintwork! Dabrusha at Barlow Street Motors is incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly. She arranged everything from my repairs to the courtesy car. She kept me updated on everything.
The repairs were done to a very high standard. They were very flexible on when to drop off/pick up my car. Would highly recommend
