Absolutely 5star service.
Picking up my car was no problem at all, Debbie was great she kept me updated with where they were at and could answer all my questions straight away. She was also super friendly, really understanding and I felt like I was a priority to her!!
Sonny who dropped off my car was also exceptional, he said any problems to just give them a ring. Which unfortunately an oversight had happened BUT they were super quick and efficient picking my car back up (at my convenience) and also dropping it back 2 hours later! Even leaving me with a car “just incase”!!
Would definitely recommend 5 STARS!!

I am aware that your car was a Total Loss and you expected to receive the money for your vehicle when we collected our courtesy car. Unfortunately as a body shop we cannot reimburse you, the insurance company deals with this.

AMAZING WORK
Was devastated when i reversed my car into a lamppost, causing damage to a brand new car i’d just picked up, shattered rear light and bumper hugely dented and cracked, within 3 days the car was like it was when it was in the Audi showroom, couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend Fizz and Debbie enough, amazing work and even better people.. would recommend to anyone.
