I couldn’t be happier with my service from Fix Auto! The communication from them was spot on. They kept me informed through every step. My car looks brand new and even came back to me fully cleaned! The repair took about 48 hours all in all and they did a beautiful job. I’d also like to say that Natasha made my day every single time I spoke with her, she’s an asset to the company!!

We estimated the vehicle when it arrived on site, and due to the fact we have to await for authority from the insurance company to proceed, the initial repair time took 8 Days. Your driver then advised us of some additional damage that wasn't reported which we have passed back to the insurer for authority. As we had not received this authority we asked you if you were happy to have the vehicle back and we would arrange to fit the part once it was authorised and in stock. This saved you being without the vehicle while awaiting for this decision. If you did want to discuss this further please call our office to speak to one of our managers. Thank You

In short these people say what they do. After experiencing the exceo service I received yesterday, I would say that I recommend everyone to go for their service. They under pro.ise and over deliver. My car had a dent. They collected my car and gave me a courtesy car. The body works was meant to take 8-10 days, it took 2 days. The work is perfect with perfect paint match. I am sincerely impressed

Used my car for 200 miles! Damaged front bumper, paid extra ontop of insurance, poor repair on the rear. Shocking customer service
Drove my car 200 miles!! Insurance paid them and they phoned asking for another £300 off me!! Job was shocking with over spray and you can see primer in the door!! Doors like a hand saw teeth! Drove my car back and smashed the front bumper on something hard and damaged it!! I called was polite and the woman in wrexham has horrid!! Told me she didn't want to hear of it again and that im a lier and that its my opinion that its old damage!! I know my car!!

No some old person turned up on the day saying come to take your car away! I said what? Where's the recovery lorry? Looked at me stupid and said this is how we are told to do it! No prior contact! Shoddy service. Second not just over spray you can see primer patches in the door! Not over spray! Poor masking! And this was ment to be qc'd?! I agreed to pay extra against my will because you threatened me you would not paint all the bumper and paint only half and lacquer over all the crap and it would look realy bad your words I have this in email! And your driver smashed my car over a speed hump or curb on the way there or back! Then I received a call tell my basically its my word against yours with the worst attitude I'd have had! So im left with 200 extra miles, smashed front bumper, primer in the back door and abuse from the female manager! I refused no help what so ever at this point you are trying to cover your own behinds! Shocking! ****AVOID AT ALL COST***

As you know, since our site is considerable distance away, we arranged with yourself to collect your vehicle and drive it back to our site which is part of our service. We we're able to adjust the additional repair costs which was agreed with yourself in writing prior to work commencing.
Upon returning the vehicle, there was a small amount of overspray present which we offered to resolve this immediately. When you declined this option, we instead refunded yourself as a gesture of goodwill.
With respect to the front bumper damage, to our knowledge, it was not caused by our team but we're happy to inspect the vehicle further if required.
We can ensure you that we pride ourselves in excellent customer and hope that in the future we are able to offer a better experience.

Superb Customer Service …
We had an ongoing problem after the initial repair that needed further investigation and Llinos and her team were absolutely brilliant and attentive to the situation in the fact that they listened to all our concerns and did further research themselves to try and eliminate the problem. It took to three attempts to resolve it but they sorted us with courtesy cars at no cost or if they had to take our own vehicle they ensured that the petrol tank was topped up again on return and insisted that if we should experience any further problems to get in touch straight away with no problem
