Very good repair and encouraging and helpful staff setting this up with collection and delivery of the car making it easier.
Some minor difficulties communicating as telephone numbers routed through Portsmouth or Bournemouth units rather than directly to the local unit and promised phone backs smetimes didn't happen. Overall, however, a very positive experience.

A courtesy car was provided, which was great, but it was a bit grotty and hadn't had time to be cleaned before we used it, so a bit whiffy.
But the Joes at Yeovil and Portsmouth were communicative and helpful, which we really appreciated.

Clear communication from the outset around the chain of events that needed to take place to repair the accident damage to my car.
The car collectors were professional, courteous and prompt, no dramas or miscommunication.
The car was returned quickly and looks like new! Wouldn't hesitate to use again but hopefully I won't be in anymore accidents for a while! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Company was selected by Admiral insurance
This company was selected by Admiral insurance for the bodywork repairs to my vehicle. They provided a courtesy car which was a Kia Picanto which had some minor issues that I resolved so it could be used until my vehicle was completed. The first text was the only one that gave me information that I would be kept up to date with progress, this didn't happen as I rang them after 2 weeks to see if my vehicle was ready which they told me it would be completed by the following Monday. I was unhappy with the suggestion that they would call me and payment made before they returned it to me, so I agreed to return the courtesy car to them and examination of my vehicle could be made prior to the note of satisfaction being signed and payment made. The repair was fine except the rear mud flap not in the correct place which they did before I made the payment and signed the note of satisfaction. This is why they only get 4 stars, customer service not as good as promised

The repair was completed and the car, with cleaned paintwork returned. We were quoted 5 days for the job, it took 24. An extra week was required for supply of parts. Our telephone calls were not returned.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the repair timeline and communication. our logs do show that you were quoted 7-10 working days so I'm not sure where the 5 days came from but 5 days would be unlikely for this size of repair. your manufacturer then had a problem getting a part to us causing a delay of over 2 weeks, We understand your frustration with the extended duration. customer communication is always our priority but we are sorry if you feel this fell short.

I cannot give a positive review as the only contact I had was an initial phone call from "Joe" for a few details, and a phone call to say my car was ready for pick up.
I haven't received any report of the damage to my vehicle or any works carried out. I haven't been involved in a traffic accident in my 40 years of driving, so, am unaware of the process.
My car looks as it did before the incident, so I have to assume it has been "fixed" , to which I am happy and grateful.
As I said, I cannot make any good/bad comments. Thankful to be back on the road.

Failure to complete the repairs
This repair shop did not attend to all the repairs, the rubbing sound I mentioned several times was not investigated. They claimed that the car was ready to collect, when I collected the car the rubbing noise was still evident
