Landi the plumber was excellent. Very professional and courteous. He spent time diagnosing where the leak actually was, which was in a different place to where I thought it was. After fixing it he then switched the heating back on to prove his fix had worked. Great job. He also called up first to let us know when he was arriving and was right on time.

Ben was very polite and completed the job with diligence making sure the cistern was working properly before leaving. He took the time to find parts and was even prepared to go to our local Screwfix to get the part if needed. Thank you very much, Ben.
