Ben attended to our leaking shower pump on Wednesday, I February 2023 which had been leaking for 8 days. He successfully removed the old leaking shower pump and installed a similar new pump. He sucked away all excess water in the airing cupboard and it stopped leaking. He also kindly contacted us the following day to confirm that everything was working well and advised us to immediately obtain the three year warranty that came with the new pump. We are grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him for any kind of similar problem we have had.

I’ve had a nightmare series of leaks recently and Ben from FixIf came to look at a new one today. My water pipes seem to be failing all over the place - they (7 of them now) are different pinholes in different places. Ben had been once before and fixed a difficult one so I was incredibly pleased to see him again. He found the leak straight away and sorted it out very efficiently. He has also checked up with me since that it’s all ok, which it is. He couldn’t have been more helpful or skilful.
