After taking my water logged MAC to Stormfront, PC world and another local repair place. (also had data recovered in the process...but wasn't complete and was missing half the things I really needed) I found Mac Assist (fixmybrokenmac) online and thought I had nothing to lose. Their instructions for shipping were great and I got regular updates in really good time. After only a few days I received my MacBook Air back literally 'as was' all data and files in place. Cannot rate them highly enough. Don't hesitate to trust them. Great service and great out come.

I was in a fix today when my Mac really started playing up and I lost the ability to do anything. I saw their van with their number on it in a car park and took a picture a few weeks ago. This crew are super friendly, so helpful and speak in ordinary language not tekkie! I can't recommend them enough.

My second time coming here. The first for a battery replacement and now for an SD card. I have (as Apple call it) a vintage laptop meaning Apple stopped making parts for my MacBook.
Fix my broken Mac have come through both times and cheaper than Apple have been in the past.

My laptop works perfectly now, and I even got a Christmas chocolate.

I took my 2010 Macbook Pro into store as the machine was slow, got hot, battery life poor and basically unfit for use. The diagnosis was to service / clean joints, connections etc and install a SSD in replacement of the hard drive. The battery was deemed good. I went ahead and the Mac is now brilliant, super fast, quiet and cool. I also benefited from a generous discount using INDEPENDENT BIRMINGHAM which anyone can join (check out their website). RECOMMENDED.

I took my Mac in for repair, it was fixed and works even better. The pricing structure was not to harsh.

Fix my broken mac were able to repair my iMac and replace the hard disc with a solid state disc. This means it starts up much more quickly. It's like having a new Mac.

Well what can I say these guys are absolutely brilliant, my late 2013 Mac 27", had started playing up after 7 years of hassle free computing, a simple process to book the Mac in for repair, amazing communication from the technicians, within no time at all my Mac was back home with a new SSD and it is so much faster than when I got it out of the box 7 years ago.
I really cannot recommend this company enough, just a shame there isn't an option to give 10 stars, I promise you, that you won't be disappointed and for a service that gives Apple a run for its money, why would you even consider going to Apple when you can save money and get a more reliable professional service, its definitely a no brainer..... 10/10 from me....
