I never leave reviews for things, positive or negative, but on this occasion I’m going to make an exception.

I bought a notepad with a motivational quote on the front as it was cute and I needed something uplifting to use. It was £10 which I thought was quite steep for an A5 notepad but I preferred it to other designs I had seen online.

It arrived in a timely fashion and felt like nice quality. Within a week or two, I noticed the quote on the front had started to smudge and looked awful.

I emailed customer service with some photos and the initial response was “we’re really sorry about this” etc etc. As soon as it was established I had used the notepad it quickly changed to “unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about this as it was ok upon delivery”. So effectively, the goods only have to be quality enough to last past delivery and then it’s not their problem 🥴. I have had no response since so I assume the issue isn’t being rectified.

Really disappointed as I always try and support smaller businesses where I can but won’t be bothering with this one again.

I love Flamingo Candles! They stock really quirky/cute/funny items that are great as presents for people ( I especially like the key-rings as “little” gifts! ) The prices are always reasonable and delivery is always fast…there’s nothing not to like!

A little disappointed with the quality, the keyrings are quite cheap and very plastic - the smelly hanging this was quite nice but a bit of a weird smell. The desk plate was very cheap and no way worth £10. The book was nice. I paid express delivery for next day but it arrived at 8pm 2 days later which was disappointing also, although they reimbursed me the additional charge it meant I missed the birthday.

My first one was broke, these things happen, the way they dealt with it was excellent, sent another one out straight away and it is gorgeous and smells amazing , would def recommend

i ordered 4 glass jar candles, they managed to get 2/4 correct but they sent me a random tin candle and a pillar candle in lieu of the others ones. i can understand sending the wrong scent, but how do you mix up a glass jar candle w some giant pillar candle?

i emailed them w photo evidence and asked for a refund for the incorrect ones, but they'd only grant me a refund if i sent the entire order back. unfortunately i had already started burning the 2 correct candles i had received

they did offer to send out the other 2 candles they got wrong but i never took them up on the offer. the ones i'd burnt weren't particularly nice so i didn't want any more

the candles have a mild scent w cold, but they have zero hot throw, even up close! i asked a few family members if they liked the scent and they didn't even notice i was burning one!

they all went in the bin lol

We have received the gift box containing keyring, mug and notebook from Flamingo Candles.

My daughter absolutely loved them. They arrived in a beautiful pink gift box with pink tissue inside. All items were great quality.

She was so happy with them.

Ordered a mug, desk sign and candle. Received my order in quick time but was sent a key tag with the same quote on instead of a mug. I emailed asking if a mug can be sent out and I return the key tag. A prompt response was received and was informed that a mug would be sent out on the Monday and I could keep the key tag as well. I have just received the mug. Really happy with the quality of the products and will definitely be ordering again!
