Have had a few orders from Flamingo Candles, as a new customer, and I'm delighted. Good quality, speedy dispatch and well wrapped. Simple ordering process, which old birds such as myself appreciate. I can give a simple but nice gift to friends and family without breaking the bank.

What an amazing customer service. I wrote to the company to try and replace a smashed mug that they no longer stock on the off chance they still had some. Ryan picked up my request and sorted everything. It meant so much to my girlfriend who was gutted when she had smashed it. I can't thank you enough.

I have just received my order of candles and key rings which i intend to give to friends for Christmas. I love them! The order arrived fast, well packed and the items are great, just what i wanted. Candles smell amazing.

Evri misdirected my parcel a week ago. They advised to contact Flamingo and zero reply to three emails. At this point it’s too late for the items to be resent so I would like a refund. Hoping I get a response here.

Excellent customer service.
There was a glitch when I checked out (possibly me rushing through the order.) I emailed the company who got back to me on the same day, sorted it all out and my order arrived the very next day. Product is fab and just what I wanted. Definitely will use this fantastic company again and really recommend them.

I couldn't believe how quickly the keyrings were dispatched. Ordered one day, received the next. They were exactly what I hoped for - good quality and a good size. Such choice, I feel my friends will love the quotes I picked for them. Even got one for myself! Great value for money. Cheers!

Bought a candle and bracelet having previously purchased from this company. They dispatched 2 parcels, my order twice and charged me twice despite an error with their payment system.
When I explained they told me to return 1 parcel at my own cost. I have done this and not received a refund. There is no contact number and they don’t respond to emails. I would avoid.

Very quick delivery, great funny gift ideas for my work colleagues, easy to order.
I will be back for Christmas presents!

What I received vs what was advertised (see pics, which I’m hoping I can add at the next stage of this review submission). Similar to other real reviews, the products advertised are not what you get, in colour or quality, and you are asked to pay for the return. Note, plastic isn’t an issue here, I was fine with that because of the price, but I expected the products to be fun and pretty; or bear some resemblance to the advertised photos. There isn’t much more to say, besides please report this company to the CMA for false advertising.

Note, I am not able to add a photo to show you what these products really look like as the seller has disabled this function. I didn’t know this was an option until now. Surely the seller would not have disabled this function if they were happy for you to see what their products really look like (you can look this up on the Trustpilot site).

Really pleased with the whole experience from order to delivery. Faster than expected, emails to update me and a fabulous quality product as well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

I bought a care bear scent shape which is sooo cute! I've hung it up in my bedroom which is filled with a lovely watermelon scent, I will definitely buy the other care bear scent shapes, I'd love to have them all!💖💖💖💖💖
