I can confirm your order was sent out on Monday (17th May) via Royal Mail and on it's way to you. We have noticed slight delays with some parcels being delivered by Royal Mail due to recent events. We have been advised by Royal Mail to wait for 14 working days before we can escalate this further. The tracking number should be updated once royal mail have attempted a delivery as it was sent using a delivery confirmation service, not a fully tracked service. Please do let me know if you have not received within this time frame.
I have requested a replacement order to be placed for you just incase this does not turn up.

Keeps hot but not comfy to drink from .
This flask keeps things nicely warm or cool and has a little touch temp gauge on the lid . That’s the good part .
It needs a cup as part of the lids as it is not very comfortable to drink out of , for me that was the whole point of a flask .

Flask scratched all over
Flask scratched all over. Terrible costumer service as soon as I told them my £19.99 Flask is covered in scratches. Took pictures and showed them the moment it arrived. Was lied to by Javeed as he told me to delete the review and he will give me a refund, which he didn’t and is now ignoring me. So here is the truth again and no refund will get this review removed.
