Very nice restaurant and very friendly staff, especially want to mention Roberto , because he is very knowledgeable and professional

As soon as I was seated the waiter told me all about the different steaks. We were given popcorn for free as a starter. I got a flat iron steak (£15) witch was very tender and jucy and my brother got the wagu of the day (£23) and was more tender and jucy. I got beef driping chips, bone marrow crispy mash and truffle mac n cheese and where all very good. At the end we got mini claver shaped tokens we exchanged for a free icecream

Outstanding service from Spitalfields branch. We went out for a family meal and from start to finish customer service was on point and the food was lovely. It was honestly one of the best experiences out we’ve had in a while! I made sure to email and thank everyone as it was so good!

My name is Met, and I’ve been one of Flat Iron's loyal customers.
I went to Flat Iron Manchester Deansgate and asked if it was open. A black man responded, "At 12, ma boy."
I left the restaurant, but on my way home, I realised he had actually called me "ma boy" (my boy). Not even with a complete sentence, just, “At 12, ma boy.” I’m 42 years old and a father of two, definitely not anyone’s “boy.”
I went back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager, a blonde woman. She didn’t seem concerned and avoided my question: “Is that the appropriate way to address a customer? Do you normally call customers ‘ma boy’?” Instead, she offered what felt like a fake apology.
Flat Iron has a strong reputation on social media, especially on Instagram, and its food is genuinely good. But I assume they do not educate their employees on how to speak to customers.

I went to Flat Iron Victoria today for a quick dinner and started feeling unwell beforehand. Ordered my food which came very fast and unfortunately I couldn’t eat it due to not feeling so good.

When asking for the bill, the lovely Claudia asked if there was anything wrong with the food to which I explained nothing was wrong at all, as this is mine and my partners favourite restaurant.

I explained I felt unwell and couldn’t eat and with no question she went to the till and decided to take some money off of the bill. She didn’t need to do this as I have said we absolutely love the food but out of pure kindness she did and it was lovely. She also kept giving me advice to help me feel better.

Absolutely amazing service from Claudia we will definitely be returning back to the Victoria branch (not like we haven’t already been there 4-5 times :) )

O would like to say how welcoming all the staff were as we entered the Tottenham Court Road Branch. The food was delicious and explained to us. Our server Whitney was very helpful friendly and informative. She was lovely. The price is ok too. The surroundings were very clean.

Easy to book online. Staff were great, food was tasty she good value.

Popcorn and ice cream were a nice touch.

First time at Flatiron in Kensington. Loved the simplicity- but it wasn’t basic. Food was great, price reasonable, super cool setting and good service. The complimentary ice cream to take away at the end was a classy touch. Go there!

The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic. A special thanks to Florin, who helped us choose a wonderful menu. The complimentary ice cream was the perfect finishing touch. We will definitely be returning!

Tasteless....all food taste of butter and salt.

I had an issue where I needed to contact someone at the Flat Iron steak house Camdridge. Problem was no phone signal inside so I looked up the web site and the ONLY way to contact the resteraunt was to send an Email them, which I did.

I did not get a responce! Despite several trys.

So if you have a real ISSUE LIKE life and death OR you daughter has forgotten her Eppipen.

THEN CALL THE RESTERAUNT OVER THE ROAD AND ASK THEM TO POP OVER TO FLAT IRON.

Is it against the law not to have telephone for emergance use in a public place.

Went to the restaurant outside Victoria Station. Absolutely amazing all round.
Food , staff, service, great prices

Delicious steak .. cannot fault the food. Shoreditch branch - service overall was a sour&sulky vibe .. We felt we were an imposition rather than a paying customer. Food great - service not. Avoid.

I am Coeliac - the staff appeared to fully understand my dietary needs and produced a great meal on their Westfield Restaurant

We wantet to try the new restaurant at victoria and we were attended by Roberto! I’m speechless!!! He is so caring and knowledgable about the menu. We took his recommendation and had a fantastic meal! Don’t miss that garlic mash potato, it's to die for!

Flat Iron Manchester. Fantastic steak. Actually, the whole meal. Creamed spinach was divine. Five star table service as well!
