It was ok. But not great
It was ok. Very expensive. Short on what I had purchased and Broken tiles as expected ! but when I raised the issue of more than their expected breakages, rather than sort it and fix the issue. I was asking to provide pictures and waste even more of time even though I have told them and raised the issue ! Over the top cost of delivery. I purchased from this company before and ordered even more than needed. I expected a better service based on their cost and charges . Why should us builders and roofers suffer the cost of poor service and failure to give what we as purchaser and why should we pay for the breakages they deliver ! If I don’t give what the customer wants I don’t get paid ! Sort it out ! We all need to feed our families.

We were genuinely disappointed to see this review, as we did respond to your original email regarding the broken and missing tiles and requested further information so we could raise the matter with the manufacturer and courier on your behalf. Unfortunately, we never received any reply or supporting details from you, which meant we were unable to proceed with resolving the issue.
We always aim to sort any problems quickly and fairly, but in this case, we were never given the opportunity to do so. Our delivery charges and timeframes are clearly displayed on each product page before purchase, ensuring full transparency for every customer.
It’s a shame the situation has ended with a low review rather than a resolution, as we take pride in offering excellent service and after-sales support — something reflected in the many positive reviews from other customers.

Placed an order for some concrete tiles and was slightly dreading the delivery as tiles ordered are extremely fragile, unfortunately the tiles arrived damaged in transit, however, after raising the issue, not even 2hrs later new tiles and some extras were posted out for next day delivery, this time arrived intact with no issues. Delivery was really fast and customer care is outstanding, will definitely use this company again

Best price for EPDM rubber
I needed to replace my shed's old flat roof and as a builder I had to consider saving time and costs on materials and labour. I therefore decided to use OSB3 timber boards and cover it with 1.5mm EPDM rubber. I found the best price for EPDM at flatroofingssystems.co.uk thus I purchased it as well as the required adhesives. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was prompt as promised. I'm happy to rate this company at 5 stars.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service, reached out about delivery options as only had a small order. Unfortunately the pallet company they used broke over 50% of the tiles. They arranged a replacement within a week.

Nagging sales tactics
I found some items on their website but could not work out how much delivery would be. So I clicked the paypal payment button and logged in with paypal, only to find the delivery cost was very high. Therefore I took my business elsewhere.
Then I got an email asking me if I wanted to complete my purchase.
Then I got a whatsapp message asking me If I wanted to complete my purchase.
Now I find I've been added to their emailing mailing list.
I did not authorise all this contact and find it creepy!

To clarify, working out delivery costs on our website is quite straightforward—just add your items to the basket and enter your delivery location to see accurate shipping fees. As many of our products are large or bulky, costs are calculated based on size, weight, and location.
The follow-up email and WhatsApp message you received are automated and only sent if a purchase is started but not completed. This is a common feature used by many websites to help customers who may have experienced an issue at checkout.
As for marketing emails, we never add anyone to our mailing list without consent. During the checkout process, there's an opt-in box for newsletters that can be unticked. You can also unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.
