I recently bought an engagement ring from Flawless and Maria has been brilliant throughout the whole process.

I originally had a bespoke design and had been quoted a huge amount by another company to create it. Maria took the time to compare my ideas with their existing designs, gave really honest and helpful feedback, and helped me create a ring I’m genuinely excited about using one of Flawless’s amazing designs.

She made what could have been quite a stressful process feel really smooth and discreet, which was hugely appreciated. She was always happy to answer any questions whenever I needed and made everything feel straightforward from start to finish.

I’d highly recommend Maria to anyone looking for an engagement ring. She really took the pressure out of the whole process and made it a really enjoyable experience.

I purchased a replacement engagement ring from Flawless a few years ago (after a poor experience with Goldsmiths) and further along purchased our wedding bands from here too. These were custom designed annd exactly what we wanted. After a few years of hard wearing on my part I popped in to get my ring re polished and re rounded. This was all dealt with by Maria who was very helpful at every step with good communication and updates all the way. I don’t plan on buying another wedding band! But will definitely be buying other jewellery from Flawless in the future.
