Collected my new car yesterday. Great experience as always, staff (Patrick & Dave) were friendly, helpful and efficient. Never any pressure. This is my 3rd car from Fleetwood Car Centre, highly recommend them.

After deciding to buy a car after having my old one for 9 years we went round a few car show rooms including fleetwood car centre, we found our perfect car. David was nothing but helpful and communication to do was the handover was brilliant every step of the way. Nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend 👌

From start to finish,Pat was so helpful he even took me a run in the car to see if I felt confident driving a automatic car as I had always driven a manual, but I needn't have worried I have confidence already I got home to South shore Blackpool.Looking forward to driving again

Fleetwood Car Centre have been absolutely amazing. After my car accident I was really worried about finding a new car, but they helped me find something that was perfect for me, my family and my job. They never rushed me into any decisions and took the time to talk through all the options, including what would be best for me and my situation with the finance. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout the whole process, which meant a lot after such a stressful time, and I’m so happy with my new car. I would highly recommend them.

I recently sold my vehicle with Fleetwood car centre, and it was absolutely hassle free. David Evans was a pleasure to do business with and made things really easy for me, ensuring I get the best deal for my car. They took it off my hands, advertised it, corrected its imperfections and within no time had it sold to a happy buyer. Great business all round.

People beware of this car dealer i have a very bad experience with this car dealer.they have scamed mi off They have sold me a vehicle a mercedes Glb 2020 plate they knew all about the issu the engine of the vehicle is a right off the car has driven onley 1500 miles!!! The vehicle has broken down they given us a ganaty of 1 year!!! In the angine is screws missing manipulation with the engine maniplation with the milages !!!! At the final the dont want to tallk to us no help no advice nothing this garage is scammers

Bought a beautiful Audi A6 from the team back in July, and I'm absolutely over the moon with it! The whole experience of dealing with the team was brilliant, from initially viewing the car, to completing the purchase and driving it away. This company is really my kind of place, no high pressure sales, just open and honest communication that makes you feel really comfortable dealing with them. I'd like to give special mention to Simon who dealt excellently with the sale, making it a very smooth experience, and to James who took great care in prepping/servicing the car before I drove it away. Pay rises please for both of these chaps!!

My daughter recently bought a car from FCC, I have to say the salesman was great and no issues there. After a few weeks the engine management light came on, it was dealt with by a nice guy who said the O2 censers were out of sync and he had reset them and to see how it goes. I asked him what happens it it comes on again and he said don't worry it would be on the computer and would be covered. Anyway the light came on again so I scanned it with my professional scanner and the fault was O2 sensor. We took the car back and were told the service manager would speak to us. When he came out he looked totally uninterested and his first words were its out of warranty but they could mend it at our expense. I explained the situation and what I had been told, he replied in a nasty condescending arrogant way that warranty jobs don't have warranty and then proceeded to try and baffle us with a load of rubbish. I told him I was a mechanic to be told so was I.
Apparently he had only just started there a few days before, I said up to that point we had been recommending them to lots of people and if a £30 sensor was worth a bad review he had succeeded. He then turned his back on us and walked away.
I hope the management see the error of employing this nasty arrogant man who has no focus on customer service.

Just sold my car to Fleetwood Car Centre. Friendly dealership, well treated and received a fair price. Made what can be a stressful process quite pleasurable.

I'd like to acknowledge a member of the FCC team who has gone above and beyond today. Caron in reception has been so helpful and has made what was bad day a better.
We bought a car from FCC last month and have been waiting for the V5 to arrive. We received an email yesterday stating we were now the owners of this car and that it was now untaxed. My husband is away with work and I didn't know where to try and start with this. We didn't have the green new owner slip with the 12-digit code. Caron gave me that code this morning but it wouldn't work as we are now the registered keeper. She then immediately rang DVLA explained the problem and got it sorted for me as DVLA have now marked the car as taxed. Please pass my thanks to Caron, she deserves so much more than this for being a fantastic representative of FCC.

Nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of purchase.

my wife purchased her new car from Fleetwood and the service she recieved was excellant over and above service expected the salesman was Patrick Skiba who was excellant in every way.Would highly reccomend them.paul and ann

Said that i would have the car
They would service and MOT it
David rang me up and said that it had a fault with one of the turbos
When the mechanic team took it out for a test run
With out any hesitation the turbos were sent away for a rebuild
Did the inspection for the, mot and a few parts required
Again all parts fitted
David always keeped me informed me about the progress
I have the seen the price of the in house labour and parts fitted
£2500+all i can say is
You have been to the rest
Now come to the best
Can not find a fault whatsoever

I’ve used Fleetwood car centre on two occasions now and both times the experience has been extremely pleasant. Both cars have been great, I had a slight issue with my most recent car but they sorted it straight away and gave me a courtesy car to keep me mobile. I’ve always found the communication/customer service on point and I would happily use them again!

Purchasing a car just couldn't be easier.....no sales jargon.... an absolute joy......plain, straightforward talk from Simon....car purchased...job done....will definitely recommend Fleetwood car centre

I went to buy a car agreed with the sales man the one i wanted. Asked to go get car I was trading it in, so drove to blackpool and back to change cars. Then to wait 30 mins for someone to talk to us again just to be told it was sold as we went to get our car that they told us to go.and get. Well i was buying 2 company cars that day, but now will never go back.

Very polite and helpful, customer service has been brilliant, really went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle issues. Couldn't recommend enough,would definitely buy a car from these again
