Fleetwood Car Centre Reviews 

Paid deposit via Auto Trader but car was sold to another buyer.
Said that it was reserved before I did, but even directly on the website, it was still available when I reserved.
Although I requested refund for deposit, I now have to wait 10 days for my money to be returned.

Booked a test drive at Fleetwood car centre which was good but then saw another car which I liked so Pat went out of his way to move the cars which were in the way and then go and get some petrol so I could test drive it. I ended up buying the car. I couldn't collect the car for a few days but Pat was fine with that and kept in touch. Would buy from them again, thanks Pat.

I was lied to.
They promised to hold on to a car that i wished to purchase but went ahead and sold it anyway.
To me...this is disingenuous and underhand and because of my high standards i would not countenance using this supplier.
Poor.

Bought a 2016 Lexus nx 300h recently from this well established local family business. Excellent service, no pushy sales teams, very competitive price and a fair part exchange for my old car. A couple of minor problems were quickly sorted out with the minimum of fuss. Would highly recommend anyone to try this place. Well done everyone at FCC.

The Sales team at Fleetwood Car Centre were extremely helpful in finding me a new car within budget in a short time frame. They advised on certain models and I’m thrilled with my new car. They were also able to offer me a courtesy car in the interim. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Will definitely return in the future.

Traded my 65 plate mondeo in for a vauxhall insignia they gave me a fair price and the car I bought was in good order very happy with purchase I would recommend this dealership and would buy from them again

David and the team at Fleetwood car centre are amazing, this is the second car I've bought from them having had the first for over a 11 years, nothing ever went wrong with it! They couldn't of been more helpful in finding me an excellent car thats value for money and exactly what i was looking for. Not pushy at all just dead lovely 😊

Just bought my Ford Echo sport, completely impressed with service from the looking to driving my new car away. Pat was an absolute pleasure, helpful and very knowledgeable. I travelled from Cambridge to Fleetwood over the weekend to pick up a nearly new Suzuki Swace at a very competitive price. The whole process from my initial calls through the payment and processing of the paperwork was handled by David Wilson in a timely and professional way. I must admit that I was wary about purchasing a car remotely at a distance of 220 miles from a dealer who I had no prior knowledge of but the whole experience was refreshingly simple. Finally, a 'heads up' for Ernie and Pat for a most competent handover. I recommend Fleetwood Car Centre without reservation!

I had enquired online about the car, rang on the day it was waiting for me to look at took out for test drive but Ernie didnt seem interested at all. Using We buy any car as to get the trade in price ridiculous, had a price on autotrader wouldnt even consider that.
What a wasted trip car overpriced in comparison to others.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and value for money! Found this gem of a car centre by way of Auto Trader search. Can't recommend highly enough! Pat definitely deserves recognition as the perfect salesman. Not at all pushy and made everything go so smoothly from the moment we arrived at Fleetwood Car Centre to the moment we left in our spotless, well priced Kia Sportage. We will be using Fleetwood Car Centre for any future car purchases and recommending to family and friends. Thanks also to Ben who also assisted greatly on the day of collection.

We went to look at a specific car, a Volvo XC40 for the Mother-in-Law. We are so well looked after, so much so after endless test drives from other sellers (mainly main dealers) the whole experience was so much better.

The car was bought, they helped with the tax at the local post office and were just so easy to do business with. The price was terrific too. We checked out Autotrader where their cars are rated on the value for money; this car was ranked as "Great" value
