Everything went wrong with this order and company the product is nothing like they advertised it takes weeks to receive the product and is poor quality. Don't get sucked in

This company is TRASH!! I ordered advertised leggings, and what arrived was NOT what I ordered. I kept reaching out to the email on the site and I had to show proof of purchase, shipping label, and the items sent. I provided everything and they wanted to give me a partial refund. After goin back and forth for a full refund it was a haggle on how much they would refund (never the full amount) I just contacted my bank and got my money back.

I ordered some bras back in Dec. I never received them. They just kept giving me the run around and said it’s not their problem. Check with the distribution center. It’s not there. Never order from them. It’s a fraudulent company.

Flexhag took forever and a day to ship my leggings. Got them and they don’t do as advertised… they claim to lift your cheeks to give u a natural bbl… not at all my backside still flat!!! Lord help Me!! Now I have 2 pairs of leggings just sitting!

First time buyer the super sculpt shorts are not made right.. the butt band is in the middle of my butt not under my cheeks like it's supposed to be. The leggings the foot cuffs are really tight and it wasn't worth the $100 I spent on both. Plus it took a month to even come. I gave 2 stars cuz I like the bra thing.

I never received my order. I reached out to the company multiple times with no response. Horrible customer service!

Terrible leggings, they do not hold your tummy down, they slide down! I received different color and i tired returning it back,they offered 8 dollars for my 56.00 dollar transaction and then offered 18 dollars and I said no, then they send me a shipping address to China which would cost me twice ny order price. SCAMMMM... WORK WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES ....

I received the product and contacted the company three times for their customer support with no response at all from them. This company is a fraud and will not help you like they say they will. DO NOT buy from this deceitful company. Poor quality and lack of customer service. SCAM!!

The leggings are very poor quality and do not help shape at all. I asked for a return and they company said they'd refund a portion and I could keep them. They weren't even worth keeping to wear in the garden. They aren't elastic enough to stay up and they have a very strange texture.

I been reaching out to yall so I can return you product and get a refund and agents keep giving me the run around i sent in proof that I received it and a receipt that I pay full price I don't want to keep a product I can't wear and I want my money back. They sent the wrong size I paid 85.00 dollars for 4 bra and they keep trying to give me 24.00 and tell me the product when I can't wear it I want my full refund

Im not sure where to start . 1) took way longer than what they said 2) they are HORRIBLE . Worst leggings I've EVER owned. Makes my butt look like it has rolls and I don't have a flat butt . Definitely no tummy tucking in lol I'm donating these and will take that $56 as a lost . This company should be shut down for 100% false advertisement

PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THEM. I ordered on Feb 26, 2025 I still have not received my order. If it said the address was not a address to deliver to. Never did they contact me. Then it said it was returned to the warehouse. Well isn't that funny I just got an email reply saying that for some reason they can't ship it as a new order and it went to a third part warehouse. So for my issues they offered me a $25 refund. Oh no I replied that I paid $51.98 and that's what they need to refund. If I don't receive that I will be adding more. Plz never buy from them as I dont believe they are a legitimate company.

I wouldn’t even give them one star for their service, but it wouldn’t let me go further without marking something. Let me just say their customer service and their way they handle their business is terrible!! They are a ripoff and scammers. I ordered 2 corset strapless bras, And received two different kinds that were not what I ordered. They do not fit so it’s not something I can even wear. Spent $64.99 but their first offer was to give me $20 and keep the items. Like I said, I can’t even wear them. I Said I would take this further if they did not accommodate the return as stated on their return terms, which States that the consumer would be responsible for the return and shipping fee if it was their error basically. They came back and offered me $24 to keep the items or I have to pay for the shipping… again getting nowhere. So, I told them that my boyfriend is a YouTube influencer with numerous followers and is going to plaster this on YouTube if they don’t honor their return terms. Let’s see how this turns out!

Purchased leggings online with correct size and colors. When I received my order it was the wrong colors and wrong size. I sent an email to get a refund or at least an exchange for the right items and was told.. They would only refund me $9 of my money and to keep the items that don’t fit me. My order total cost was $52.99 and they want to only refund me $9 this is a joke. They’re scamming people. I want my money back!!

Low quality material! Nothing like the advertisement!! Don’t waste your money. Cheap material, and a total scam!!

My order never arrived! The tracking number says “delivered”, I emailed them saying it had never arrived. They said to ask my neighbors and local post office. None of which had ever seen my package. I know for a fact that it was never delivered because I waited all day at home for it and never saw packaged delivered. Do not order from here!

I ordered from Flexehag thinking it was a U.S.-based business (listed in South Carolina), but the products I received were nothing like the online photos—cheap, poor quality, and misrepresented.
When I asked for a refund ($52.99), I was offered $9… then $18… then $20. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and insisted I pay international shipping to China. After getting nowhere with customer service, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Only after I refused to cancel my BBB complaint did they finally agree to issue a full refund. I stood firm and told them I wouldn’t withdraw the complaint until the refund was processed. Once I received it, I notified the BBB that the matter was resolved, but Flexehag still never responded to the BBB directly—so the complaint is marked UNANSWERED in their file.
Flexehag is now continuing to pressure me to cancel the complaint entirely, even though their failure to respond to the BBB is their responsibility, not mine.
I will not be shopping with Flexehag again, and I strongly encourage others to read reviews and understand the risks before purchasing. If I could give 0 (zero) stars, I would.

Do not buy from these scammers. They’re selling knock off products that you can buy on Temu for a little fraction of the cost. They won’t send an address to send the product back and want you to pay for shipping which would cost a fortune to send back to China. now they want to only give me $18 back For a $51 order that they sent me the wrong colors and not description advertised. All I can say is SCAMMERS

I really didn't want to give them even one star!!!! My experience was HORRIBLE. Do NOT buy anything from this company. First of all, I never received the bras I ordered, then when I emailed they gave me some bogus tracking number and told me to contact the post office. No sir, this is on you my friend. I wanted a refund, they basically said no and good day. TOTAL SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
