I can't get a hold of them to return 2 items. Wish I would have read reviews prior to buying.

That tummy tucking... LIES everything is just sad plus it takes 2 - 3 weeks for your order to arrive. They DO NOT USE FEDEX as mentioned on their page. Use some China shipping that does NOT track your order, all around disappointment.

This company is A joke! Do not buy from them. I ordered two leggings. Neither of them was what was advertised. These are something I can buy at the swapmeet for five dollars each. I should’ve read the reviews before placing an order, but I saw them all over Facebook and Instagram so I assumed it was a legit company. The worst part is I can’t seem to find a phone number or an email to try to get my money back.

I placed an order for 2 Super Sculpt Leggings with Pockets on 2/15/2025. As of March 1 I hadn’t received the product and emailed them. Their reply was “ We are sorry to have kept you waiting.

We understand that you're eagerly awaiting your order, and we apologize for the delay. Due to the overwhelming demand for this product, we are currently experiencing a delay in processing and shipping orders. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.” I received my order 3/16. I received 1 of the items I ordered and some other type of legging I did not. I emailed them with pictures and told them I’d like to return them for a refund on 3/23. They replied on 3/24 with “ We are very sorry that our products did not meet your expectations. In this case, we are willing to refund you 9 USD of the order as compensation, and you can keep the product. We hope you will accept the offer.

Kindly reminder: Please do not return the item until we have authorized the return address in the email. In addition, the address on the package is not our return address. Please note that do not send the package to that address, otherwise we shall not be liable for any losses.” So I paid $52 and got 1 of the items I ordered and get a $9 refund. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. It’s very unprofessional and is a rip off.

I want to first start off with the hesitation on buying from here, which you should always trust your gut, this is a Chinese own factory so what ou recive is very cheep product! Also when I receive items not only did they not meet the quality they do not look or act as the pictures and videos show or do,they also did not charge me correctly for the buy 2 bras discount they charged me $19.99 each when its buy 2 for discount, also when you try to return make sure you keep the white package it comes in or they will use it against you! Apparently they need the info on it or no return ! When you own a company shouldn't they have that info? They make there own lablea and as a business you should be keeping track of every ordering?
Even if you have tracking info and you #order details they lied about there return policy it does not say that you must keep the package it comes in, on there website they are trying to give me $20 for a return i paid $150 .that $20 is what the difference in price for the bra special alone thay they owed me , i ordered in feb 21st i received a month later !

IF I could rate them a ZERO, they would be. THESE leggings arw a SCAM. DON'T ORDER! I bought 2 pairs, they offered me 18 usd back, or send back to CHINA. When they receive them I will get a full refund back. I AM CERTAIN not one person who ever had had compression pants would rate them anything but a ZERO. The leggings are soft, thin and probably lint catchers. I tried on a pair, but am going to send back and dispute with bank to get A FULL REFUND!!! Thry use other companies videos, these are solid black and no branding anywhere on them. If I could upload pics, I would. Anywhere I can write a review, I absolutely will. They blocked my original email I placed the order on.DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!

If I could get by with no star I would I waited forever for my order couldn’t track it even with the shop app I got them and there not at all what the pictures like. No butt lifting there tight even with getting a 2x being a size 10 Originally.. 50$+ on some bullshit

No butt lift, no tummy control...my butt is a peach on its own, in these leggings, it's flat.

I got my shapewear leggings and they are cheaper than the leggings you can buy at the dollar store. They are nothing like what is advertised. A total waste of money. It's insane how they can get away with this, customer after customer. I just feel so stupid for not reading the reviews to begin with. Farce of a company!!

BEWARE!!! I would rate this company as a 0. This company is a scam. I never received my products which was a total of $130.00. The company says it was delivered it was not (I have security camera). The company has no working number and the email communication keeps sending the same template!

False advertisement!!! They're just regular shmegular leggings... no butt lifting or anything. Don't waste your money.

Products are not what advertised, like buying from shein. You wish it was anything like what they show you advertised & it ends up being a cheap generic low quality waste of your money regret. Then trouble trying to return. IF they let you return it and you have to take pictures to get return approved, hassle. Tedious process that you regret.

Placed an order on 1/13/25 today 3/12/25 and still have not received my order. The tracking showed the package was being sorted in my city on 2/5/25 and then two days later it was three time zones away. I sent an email to customer support and never received a response. Waste of money!

I placed my order on November 11th and it finally arrived on March 7th. One item was the shaping legging that I ordered. The other three were plain leggings with no shaping. None of the items fit well even though I ordered according to their size chart. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures to show that I had been sent the wrong items and their response was that the items were indeed the same but different packaging and an older version. I responded that the style and fabric was indeed different and wanted a refund. Their response was to offer a refund of $18 out of the $132 that I had spent and could keep the garments. I explained that I didn’t want to keep them because they weren’t what I ordered and wanted a refund. They counter offered with $32 and I asked for a prepaid return label. Radio silence. This company is a sham! Do not order from them!

If I could rate Flexehag a "0" I would. This company is a complete scam. I never received my order and they have repeatedly refused to refund my items. Please save yourself the headache and do not give them any of your money. I wish I would have done my research before deciding to buy from them. They are thieves.

1/4 pairs of leggings were as advertised. Shipping took forever. Seems like a scam but fingers crossed it’s okay. I don’t want to feel like I just wasted $100 :’(

I placed my order #46500 on Jan 28th and just received on March 8th.

I get delays but just seems wrong to still be advertising a sale on these products without a disclaimer on their site about them being out of them and needing to restock (which is what customer service told me).

ALSO. Incredibly dishonest of them not to post any of my 3 reviews to their website!!! Even after verifying my email for them. One I posted weeks ago so it’s not a matter of upload delays.

Genuinely disappointed right now. Will update if they get back to my request about a return and refund.

Second, they were definitely not the booty lifting and tummy tucking leggings that were advertised. They are very thin and look like they came from the $1 store!!! Walmart definitely looks better than this trash I received!!! I emailed them 3 times with no response!! I want a refund but nobody will email me back!!! I’m trying to find a phone number to talk to someone but I haven’t had any luck with that either. So people be ware!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

These are a total scam. You pay$35 for booty lifting leggings. You get $5 Walmart, no brand label no support nothing, leggings. Don't. Do. It.

I wish I could give zero stars. TOTAL SCAM. I ordered two bras and they were not true to size and the quality was awful. Their return process is a joke. Offered me $10 and I spent $37.99. The Brad are way too small and I have no use for them!!! They are telling me that the only way I can return is to pay for shipping to CHINA (even the rough product came from California) and they won’t refund me. I will not let this go. This is total crap. BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered special leggings and got what looks like dollar store leggings. They were to sculpt and lift and they were not even the same legging. When I emailed them the offered me $10 refund (I paid $50) and keep the leggings. I denied that and they offered $20 or I can return but I had to pay all the shipping etc which would have been more. Will never order there generic crap again.
