Brei Wilson was amazing. I was moving abroad with my dog and was anxious about everything that was involved as it was slightly complicated but she immediately put me at ease. She was really nice, professional, patient with all my questions and had a lovely positive attitude. When I had to suddenly reschedule my flight because of upcoming strike action, she again did her magic and had everything arranged in mere minutes.

This was the first time using flight centre and the first time that we booked a tour vacation. Vicki was so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything about what to expect on this tour for example- tipping, walking tours, some do’s and don’ts and safety tips. This was a first trip for my friend and I to Europe, and our rep Briana Richardson was simply wonderful. Briana listened to what we wanted, and tailored our trip to our specifications. Prior to the trip, Briana was patient with our many questions, provided valuable advice on how to enjoy the trip.
