Lositavaa, ainakin vielä ennen lentoa.

Ainakin maksu ja varaus tähän mennessä sujuneet loistavasti. Nettipalvelussa näkyvät selkeästi varaustiedot, kuitit yms. Palvelusta saa kalenteriin vietyä kaikki lennot ja googlen kalenterissani on nyt kaikki lennot aikoineen, varausnumeroineen ja lisätietoineen. Kaunista.

Edit. Why do you keep replying in English on Finnish comments. That is super annoying and insulting! It is like, I know you language, but just don't feel using it. Stop that, pleace. Also, I do not get what your reply means.

thank you for sharing your opinion with us, but cannot, unfortunately understand which particular case you mean.

Your reservation, as I can see from the case materials, was created and issued with no delays or errors. The ticket was sent and than also re-sent to you in a timely manner.

Must underline that cancellation is a fatal action and a solid procedure purely technically. This is therefore not done without a confirmation of the customer, unless it is a technical failure, which been described in our reservation rules.

If some obstacles prevents you of confirming a reservation - this would not mean the technical failure as such, but just can be some technical misunderstandings, which robot informs you on immediately.

Otherwise we appreciate your rating as we striving to improve our technical and social solutions everyday!

Good service

Good service! I had a passenger with special needs and all was organised well, even with shorter than 72 hours notice.
They send ticket fast and also answered to email fast, even in weekend.
I can recommend!

Bought the tickets this time, won’t do it again via Flightfinder

When I thought I’m only checking flight details, booking was already made.

Email about confirming the booking sounded almost threatening, especially considering that I wasn’t sure about buying in the first place. At that point the email said I’d receive my ticket in 24 hours after payment. When I bought the tickets, the timeline had changed to a few days - both incongruent and irritating.

It was impossible to find out the luggage restrictions for our tickets before receiving the ticket. It should be transparent what Flightfinder’s ”Economy” means. Our airline had two kinds of economy tickets, and we ended up with the lighter version. Would have been nice to know.

I am sorry first of all for the disappointment in the connection of the booking with us which, however, I cannot notice when going through your order.

Must here explain that our robot just informs you on any of your actions during the booking process; from the very begging til when the ticket got issued, and, if due any reason you do not receive a message, you always welcome to contact our customer support.

When it comes to luggage than indeed the economy class is divided to different fares which can exclude the luggage. As well this would depend on the combination of the operating airlines, if sufficient.

We kindly ask our customers in the reservation rules to double check all the unclear questions even before the payment.

Otherwise we thank you for your meaning and rating as it will help us to get better in future.

No problems at all but 80 euros cheaper…

No problems at all but 80 euros cheaper price from Helsinki to Bangkok and back compared with Finnair's own .fi pages and 50 or more euros cheaper than any other net travel agency.(October 29, 2018 to April 25, 2019).

Cheapest flights, no extra costs

A lot cheaper flights than booking directly from the airlines own pages, even when they had a great offer. No extra costs.

Got my e-ticket, but Flightfinder made a mistake

Got my e-ticket from Flightfinder, that is fine. However, they wrote my first name wrong in the ticket: they added the letters for mister, MR, to my name.
I sent Flightfinder customer service a message asking them to correct their mistake. No reply whatsoever.
I hope the flight company won't stop me from flying, with extra letters added to my name on the ticket. Very basic mistake from Flightfinder, and irritating that they don't reply nor correct their error.

Flightfinder is not involving any human resources in the booking process, it happens automatically.

This means that system robot just copies in of what you type in. However this would never regard a title as it can be put together with the name just in order to same technical space.

The obstacle will not affect your trip in case if the name is otherwise written in the correct order and spelling as per passport.

Hei! Your answer is just a big lie, still your company had treated the subject with no consideration to the client. I made just a flight reservation that you or your company wasn’t able to respect it. No more false details.

Technical failure, which happened in the case is not only detailed described in the reservation rules, but also is one of the most important features, which each customer is obligated to take into consideration in the 24h period from the reservation moment and until the ticket is received.

According to the mentioned regulation, it is highly unrecommended to make reservation as hotel, other (conne ction) and train/bus tickets, as this might lead to a monetary loss in case of the mentioned fail.

Unfortunately, we can not prevent situations when customers do not follow our suggestions and therefore can only apologize for any inconvenience the situation might have caused.

Unprofessional service

Bought flight, paid it.. and few hours later received message that reservation was cancelled. A RESPONSIBLE ticket broker gets the tickets to the client - even it becomes more costly. Won't use flightfinder ever again.

It was easy for me to find a flight and the service was good and ticket delivered on time. I was even reminded on every occasion my flight departure and arrival times so it was easy to track my flight.thumps up.

The system of passport information data…

The system of passport information data is terribly inconvenient. I tried several times to fill in the electronic form and each time received response that the passport information has been added to the system. However, when I tried to check the information following the provided link, each time I was redirected to the empty form!!! It is terrible and distracting. Please check if our passport data have been added to the system and sent to Aeroflot.
