I regret to hear about the matter, but thank you for taking time sharing your experience!

Must say that the actual issuance of the ticket happens within 24h after it is paid, but there might be some technical errors, the majority of which can be even independent, which is - not connected to our systems.

In you case the collaboration between two systems did not work well and therefore your ticket did not arrive.

However I see that my colleagues informed you in a timely manner and the paid amount was repaid back to you shortly.

We apologize for the inconvenience otherwise!

Everything fine

Everything fine. Didn't get anything extra charged. Just need to check carefully all terms before using services! Also you need to know that may take time before you will get your tickets. In my case I wait took one week include weekends!

Poor customer service, unreachable customer hotline

I booked a ticket from Helsinki to Seoul yesterday March 21 and I added a note in the client.flightfinder.fi that I need to get my tickets ready by today March 22 for a visa application. However, I did not receive any response. So I tried to find the customer service hotline and all I found is this number +358942454189 from their website. I tried to call it a few times in the morning but I only got an answer at around 11.00. The trunkline was also ONLY in Finnish which is basically another point of improvement since you are catering service around the world.

During my first few attempts, I did not understand what it was saying but the call was always being dropped so I assumed the hotline was offline or something. I don't know what happened but suddenly I was connected and the staff named Adam accommodated me. He asked for my reservation number and told me that my booking was being taken with the security department for some reason. And he advised me that they will email me shortly. Well they did email me shortly saying that they need some more information for the payment I made. I replied within 12 MINUTES providing what they need. But it has been 3 hours now and I haven't gotten any notice or update on the status of my booking. I clearly told them that I urgently need the ticket by today but they are apparently not helping me in that way. I also tried to call again the number I mentioned above for more than 17 times already, and it is still offline. No one is answering my call! I read from the replies in the reviews here that the service desk is 24 hours but I couldn't even connect in broad daylight and official business hours.

I hope you could improve your service better by:

(1) establishing timely notifications to customers, e-tickets should be timely provided, if there are any disputes, you should notify your customers immediately. In my case, if I did not call your hotline, I would not have known that I need more details for the verification of the payment.

(2) your customer hotline is really poor, first because you don't have an english option, second, IT IS NOT ONLINE ALL THE TIME especially on business hours. third, the customer representative who assisted me was not that clear in his explanation during the call, also please fix your lines because there was a part where he said he could not hear me but I could hear him completely from the other line.

(3) I have requested from my initial note that I need to resolve the matter urgently because of my visa appointment but your client.flightfinder.fi but I felt that the team did not see the urgency on the matter. I would have appreciated frequent updates since I needed to have the document asap.

Basically, I am so frustrated that I do not know who and where to contact
regarding my concerns since there are no clear lines of communication. I've seen that you have said that you prefer email as your communication but I don't think it can give assurance to the customers that their concerns are being taken care of.

As of 4pm today, my issue has been resolved which I am thankful. But the worry I've gone through the process just implies that there are things for them to improve in the future.

Must explain that your transaction was stopped in our bank, which we have informed you about the next day.

This procedure is called a fraud check, when the parameters of the IP and the actual reservation do not match. Unfortunately, but this would be a question raised globally and Flightfinder, as a part of international travel business society, must follow the signals of the system in this connection.

After our security department checked all the details provided by you the ticket got issued, as far as I can see.

We understand your worries, but the measures had to be taken due to a number of international rules and regulations, and, simply because we care about the secure transaction on our sites.

However we thank you for your constructive feedback in regards with the service level and will put more effort, taking into consideration your experience.

Flight price changed after making…

Flight price changed after making reservation due to undeclared extra charge for paying with credit card. Flight tickets not issued within 24 hours of payment as promised. Website didn't work well and the payment link in confirmation email didn't work at all.

Must underline that transparency of the rules, regulations and prices is one of our biggest values. After the base price is presented to you the opportunity to upgrade your reservation with other services arise and, if you select any of it and invoice will automatically update.

The completed invoice is sent to you with the same after you`ve completed booking, so that you can check what you`re paying for before actually paying.

The tickets are automatically issued within 24h after the payment. But we can any time re-sent them to you, if you ask our online customer support.

The card fee is only taken, if your credit institution takes a fee, otherwise the payment methods with us are free.

Otherwise we thank you for your meaning as we appreciate any of them!

why are you mailing me in swedish

why are you mailing me in swedish? I don't understand a word you are saying, and the flight tickets were also in swedish, they did not understand those at the airport.. also check in luggage was wrong.. will not be using or recommending your service to anybody..

Service in Finnish! Please! Also service in telephone, not just by internet. It was a nightmare for me that night when I bought the tickets. And I will never use your service any more if I can avoid it!

Technical failure, which happened in the case is not only detailed described in the reservation rules, but also is one of the most important features, which each customer is obligated to take into consideration in the 24h period from the reservation moment and until the ticket is received.

According to the mentioned regulation, it is highly unrecommended to make reservation as hotel, other connections and train/bus tickets, as this might lead to a monetary loss in case of the mentioned fail.

Unfortunately, we can not prevent situations when customers do not follow our suggestions and therefore can only apologize for any inconvenience the situation might have caused.

If you are selling world wide, then you should have proper english sites and not google translate it. And send proper documents to the customer so they can be shure of their purchase

I bought a flight ticket from Helsinki …

I bought a flight ticket from Helsinki to Indonesia scheduled 31/12/2017. my order number is 3183759. I have paid also. But beyond 24 hours, I never received an e-ticket. I called but only operator answered. I asked them their customer service phone number but they did not give it to me. WHere must I complain? When I will get my e-ticket? WHEN??? Please someone answer me. I have no more money. I really suffered and I dont know what to do . I am so messed up.
