The whole process was easy and straight …

The whole process was easy and straight to the point. Very responsive on answering email and reply very quickly (within one hour)

Only thing is lack of English language on website interface so it wasn't so easy for non-Fin speaker like me

our booking procedures do not involve any human resources; the robot just copies in the name , also the trip, exactly as you type it in.

This helps to eliminate even small mistakes caused by our agents, which is quite a solution for many of our customers.

Also we notify each in every customer to write the name on the ticket in the exact order and spelling as per passport - this is mandatory to have a problem free travel.

Simultaneously there is a very small number of the airline who actually allow to correct the name along with that the name correction procedure is one of the most complicated, time and resource demanding.

Hope this escalates the matter along with that I can see you`ve received a full explanation from our customer support.

It was impossible to order special diets on your website. The boxes were there but they could not be activated.

I bought a flight ticket from …

I bought a flight ticket from Flightfinder and payment / confirmation went fine. However, when I contacted the airline for traveller information, they told the ticket was not final nor actually written, and Id better hurry up, or the flights gonna be booked full soon. Flightfinder promises to send final travel documents in 24 hrs, apparently not always. I had to push them to do this with multiple emails to support (phone number given does not work). This was maybe a week after original sales. Did not leave a good impression.

the tickets are usually issued within 24h after the payment is received. The ticket is sent by the system right after the process been completed. However, the we can do it faster if requested from the customer side.

I`ve been through your case and see that the issuance happened in a timely manner as well as your questions been answered with the same.

Bad bad service

Your phone contact is no working.. When i send email No answer.. PLZ REMOVE THIS AGENCY FRM SELLING TICKETS.. WE ARE SUFFERING. OUNCE THEY SELL TICKETS NO MORE COMMUNICATION THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE NOR EMAIL..I WANT TO CHANGE MY FLIGHT NO HELP.. I go through other comments people they suffer the same consequence..

Flightfinder is positioning itself as an online travel agency, but can even call. However, you have to request this with us.

Cheating the customer to believe they …

Cheating the customer to believe they have two pieces of luggage included in the ticket which led to the payment of excessive amount at the airport. Claiming to be all innocebt and good, what a cheat!

Unfortunately the airline has all the rights to restrict travel agencies in what concerns additional services. This applies also to the baggage and therefore we choose to let the customer check the matter in the booking process and / or directly with us.

Our system is specially adapted to contact almost 24 hours a day, so that all customers have the opportunity to ask us even before they confirm the order.

I reserved flights and did not paid …

I reserved flights and did not paid with credit card but bank transfer.
It took several days to make final reservation due to money transfer and one of the wanted flights in my travel plan was changed.
However, your system gave immediately a note (which I printed) that payment is done and there was all the wanted flights listed.
Because of this I assumed that everything was ok, but in the final reservation one of the flights was altered (which I did not noticed).
Don't let customers assume (i.e. show that kind information after booking) that they have fixed flights if this is not the case.

There is a reason why the prices are so …

There is a reason why the prices are so cheap. I advise you not to order the cancellation insurance, it only works if you are ill and show a doctor's statement or are dying. They have "copy-paste" customer service, any worse service you need to look long after. You must do all the work even if you have any changes, they can not do it for you. Not even for payment. They are not trusted, in my experience I will never use them again and advise anyone else not to use this service.
