I booked a flight ticket via Flightfinder.se

I booked a flight ticket via filghtfinder.se I contacted the airline (Ethiopian airlines) if the ticket is ok and valid. And they told me that no, the travel agency - flightfinder has to make some action so that the Ethiopian airlines see the ticket as valid and payed.

Please flightfinder - how can i contact you?

Flightfinder works fine

Flightfinder works fine. If there (in the booking form) would be clear instruction in which mode write the phone numbers and how to handle the Nordic letters (e.g. "in case your name includes Nordic letters, write them as they are, they will be automatically transformed to international mode").

BEWARE this company

BEWARE this company. They will take your money, they will send message of technical error and they will send your money back shortly, but THEY WILL NOT SEND!! BEWARE. If you like your own money, this is not a good choise. It better to use another agency.

I pay ticket from you and you didnt even take responsibility about giving information that our fly is cancelled cos of qatar and Dubai conflict. Im stag now at Dubai with small money. You dont answer your phone also.

I haven't made the trip yet so can only evaluate things so far. One big issue: the traffic in pages containing personal information should be secured https traffic. For some reason flightfinder uses unsecure http which is an obvious security threat.

I don't know how to answers Alina's answer below. But I can asure you that the page (http :// client.flightfinder. fi/fi/APIS/Fill/xxxxxx) IS NOT SECURED. (Trustpilot doesn't allow links, so that's why I needed to broke the link a bit.) It is pointless to claim otherwise, since everybody can check it just by clicking the link that points to unsecured http-site. When you land in, even the browser confirms that this page is not secure etc... The page contains my full name, birth date, nationality, passport number, but not any credit card numbers. Those pages seemed to be secured. I would attach a printscreen if it would be possible here...

What did happen to my name/title?

I have booked a ticket from flightfinder for a flight on 20th of June from Copenhagen -Jakarta. I wrote all of information correctly but when I received my print out ticket by email, it says my title is Mr. Ni Nyoman Sri Amandari instead of Ms. Ni Nyoman Sri Amandari. So, the problem in here is my title is "MR" instead of "MS" which is so confusing. I have confirmed to Cathay Pacific as well that my passport information is correct but why my ticket is not correct?

Please someone from FlightFinder help me regarding this case. I have been calling you for tons of time but no response/direct line for it. I still wish this is not a scam like people said.

thank you for taking time to post your concern and give us a rate, which we do appreciate.

Must underline that we are positioning ourselves as an online travel agency and therefore prioritize mail contact, however, we can call our customer on the request.

Name change/correction is one of the most complicated procedures and in the case a lot of factors should be taken into consideration as, for instance, combination of the carriers, which can be an obstacle for prohibition of mentioned amendment.

Unfortunately in your case the above mentioned is in force and even if we presume the correction technically this would not be possible.

Otherwise I must say that wrong title never was a reason for deny boarding, but if the airline insists on such a change than they should offer possibilities to do it or even help you with an exceptional authorization as a ticket is always an agreement in between the airline and a customer.

They sold me a flight with a stop-over …

They sold me a flight with a stop-over with both of the flights on separate tickets. That means I had to collect my baggage and check-in again at the stop-over airport. Also the amount of money they charged my credit card doesn't match the receipt.

thank's for your feedback. I`m sorry to hear that we have failed to meet your expectations first of all, however, I must underline that no human resources are involved in the reservation process, which would only prevent errors, as robot copies the exact route you choose during the booking.

Otherwise I have gone through your reservation and do not see any obstacles for you to take out your luggage and check it in again. Anyhow, the airline can arrange a technical stop, which is not in power of the travel agency to regulate.

The detailed invoice will be once again sent to your contact e-mail as a proof of that no differences are there in between of what you were charged and the invoice. The impression of that you have paid more could be created due payment method fee, which would be about six euros, but this we warn our customer early in the reservation rules, which we hope all of them go through as requested.

Then, in the so called "receipt", only car hire advertisements.

To the one link to log-in what and where is the "itinerary number"?

No payment information whatsoever (e.g. including taxes)

All the payment information is provided both before you pay and on the invoice you get shortly after the reservation. I will, however, immediately re-send you one just in order for you to check all the details.

Could it be better experience

-trouble with connecting flights, had to checked-in again for the next flight which was very unlikely especially if you have very limited time and airport is huge and complicated like Charles de gaulle!

first of all we thank you for your meaning as it is important for us to follow our progress through feedback from our clients.

Your trip is booked according to the guidelines of the so-called MCT (Minimum Connecting Time) stipulated by the airline performing the trip in cooperation with the airport. This means that the time for the change is booked with a guarantee that the airline has to bear responsibility for. In case of any delay or flight cancellation the airline shall make arrangements to take you to your final destination without additional costs.

Unfortunately, we can not prevent situations when airport processes getting delayed and are sorry if the trip did not go as planned!
