frauds, liers, AVOID THEMl!!!

Hi again flighfinder
You must be aware of my case regarding the following ticket issue.
Booked my multi-destination ticket through them. I used 1st leg of my journey (Helsinki to Lahore) but 2nd leg of journey (Lahore to Auckland) remained unused.

The 2nd leg of my journey (i.e. Lahore to Auckland) had a technical lay-over in Australia. As per rules this lay-over required me to have Australia transit visa. My booking and e-ticket issued by them led me to believe that there is no lay-over destination.
TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED OFFICIAL EMAIL FROM EMIRATES THAT YOU CLAIMED AND SUCCESSFULLY GOT THE REFUND OF UN-USED PORTION OF MY TICKET.
What do you have to say now? DO YOU HAVE ANY ETHICAL OR MORAL GROUNDS NOT TO ISSUE ME REFUND? Not only you misguided me by issuing wrong tickets, which prevented me from flying but YOU DECLINED TO GIVE ME MY REFUND AND INSTEAD YOU HAD THE COURAGE TO APPLY FOR REFUND SO THAT YOU CAN ENJOY MY MONEY! DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY?

NEVER EVER CHOOSE FLIGHTFINDER

- No Customer support (just email service that either misunderstands or delays all requests)
- Can not help you with any problem
My ticket has been cancelled by either the airline or flightfinder. Now the flight is gone and they leave me with all the mess. No refund, Customer service is making fun of me instead of helping.
NEVER EVER CHOOSE FLIGHTFINDER !!!!

Changed flight to one with impossible connection

Flightfinder, how am I supposed to get from Orly to Charles De Gaulle with only 1 hour and 30 miutes between flights?!!! For the amount of money that I have to spend now to get myself to CDG on time, I could have had a dream vacation.

As far as I see your case is a schedule change, which is one of the most complicated area of the entire industry. Unfortunately some of the changes made by the carrier can lead to unreasonable minimum connecting time, which, however, in your case been resolved due case materials.

We apologize for any inconvenience the matter might have caused, but must underline, however, that we are working hard and individually with each and every customers and especially when mentioned changes occur.

20€ fee to help with seats?

When the companies allow you to do it on your own?
Then I asked one of your attentends if I paid that sum, if you could guarantee my seat and in their word "we already checked, it cannot be done".
I contacted the airline, and YES, it could be done. I'm happy I didn't pay that fee.

As we state in our reservation rules, we can only provide service, which the airline allows us to do, as we can be restricted in, for instance, reserving seats or luggage.

In that case we are open to your questions even before you pay for your reservation and in case of any doubt after. This expedition is available at no cost and we always are trying to give our maximum in case we entitled to do so.

Easy and fast

Making reservation was very easy and fast and I got the flights with good price. There were no problems with payment and I reserved all the documents immediately. It was also easy to check my reservation later in Flightfinder webpage.

Absolute scam site! Do not purchase tickets from them!

Let me start this off by saying that if I could give them no starts I would. I have had the worst experience ever with this site/company, from start to finish it has been horrible. The worst thing that has happened is that this scam site flightfinder charged me an extra 100e for absolutely no reason and when I tried to contact them for explanation and return of my money they have proved to be evasive and have not answered any of my emails or messages. I have learnt my lesson and will never purchase from them again but in the mean time I will continue to hound them for what I deserve

thank you for having taken your time to provide us with your valuable feedback relating to your reservation with us, first of all. I went through the case and regret that our service didn`t meet your expectations!

Must underline that a ticket is an agreement in between the airline and you, which would practically mean that we, as an intermediary , can be restricted in purchasing some extra services (as luggage) in the connection of the flight. This we inform all of our customers about in the reservation rules even before the purchase of the trip.

Anyhow, in the particular, our customer support did even get a time limited authorization to refund a trip, but, as far as I can see, you postponed the answer, which indeed is unfortunate.

I do not see any charge of a 100 EUR from our side and kindly ask you to refer back to me directly via claims@uvetnordic.com in case if we misunderstand you or you have other requests in the connection of the case.

No answer! / phone, website feedback, email

I have tried to reach the customer service of Flightfinder for a week. Tried to call but the tape directs you to the website, sent the message there and didn't get any answer until now, even if they said that it would be answered in 24 hours. I also sent an email, for which I asked and received a delivery receipt. But still no answer to my email. Very disappointing and annoying.

Changing the language based on IP address

I have recently booked a flight through your website and just because I was browsing from Finland every thing turned into Finnish and I have all the information and receipts in Finnish. I need an english receipt for my expenses and i wrote to the customer service and i got some gibberish response. Totally DISAPPOINTING!
