Never trust Flight Finder

This company is selling Nonexistent flights. It is a scam!!!

we are sorry you got a negative impression as in your case whole three departments tried to help you, which at least was successful.

First of all I would like to underline that it is only a responsibility of the customer to write a correct name on the ticket. As you made a mistake and came to us shortly before we had to issue your ticket, we did everything possible for you to prolong possibility to either change the name or cancel the ticket.

Moreover, sufficient fees, in accordance with the reservation rules, were reduced.

The amount paid has been sent back to your account.

Kindly note that delays or cancellations very often can be spontaneous and cannot be affected by travel agencies.

In case of any delay or flight cancellation the airline shall make arrangements to take you to your final destination mostly without additional costs.

Would like to underline that our customer service is available for your comfort and support almost 24/7, but I do not see that you`ve contacted us before.

Customer service low class

We needed a customer service and it was impossible to reach by phone, by emails service was very rude way - they even kept as like a joke. Never using this company again. We had to start communicating straight to operative flight company to solve our issue. Very very disapointed.

Not really good service!

I have tried twice here but one time, my flight ticket was cancelled right in the following day after I reserved. Not an easy experience!

Excellent service!

My experience of booking flight tickets via Flight Finder was pleasant. The price is lower than other similar services. In addition to that, I received the e-ticket in a few hours after I made the payment and the booking code can be verified in airlines' websites immediately.

Everything goes well until you have paid the tickets

Everything goes well until you have paid your tickets, but then they're trying to get more money because there are problems with the tickets. I don't recommend to buy tickets from here! Never have this kind of problem before, this online agency is greedy!

Using net bank didn't charge any extra!

I like booking process was clear And price didnt change 'When you get in'. I like price is what it is show'n And later using debit or credit or different Creditcards all hold price Of flight what is show'n When you make your puy decision. Thank you Flightfinger!

E-ticket took forever to be sent

The e-ticket took forever to be sent. Also, the booking number was not clearly shown (only in small letter in a pdf file that you can only access when logging in to the website. At some point I thought I was being scammed!

Flightfinder extra costs for "extra" services

I gave only two stars due to Flightfinder extra costs.

Flights prices are cheap ones but when you make a booking you cannot left a message for special meals to Flight company. There is place for this but it has secured for the updates. When you ask this to Flightfinder they request you to purchase this extra service. Even this meal information is normal operations for the flights where meals includes price. But Flightfinder mind this is "extra" service where customer should pay 20€. and still they cannot provide that flight company take it account.

But this is easy to handle sending email towith flight y. And this cost is not 20€.

first of all I would like to thank you for your commentary as any of them gives us an impulse to make our service better!

Unfortunately, but no travel agency has a 100% control over price policy of the carrier, which sometimes can create an imperfect experience. This would practically mean that after the cheapest tickets are sold out you`ll get the nest available price.

Also the end price will depend on the extras you chose to add to your reservation. In the case I see that the only sufficient addon would be a pay pal payment, the use of which is detailed described in the reservation rules you accepting before the reservation.

Easy fast trustworthy

I'm a first time user of Flightfinder and have to say I am satisfied. Booked flights from Shanghai to Incheon and from Gimpo to Pusan to Shanghai. Prices found were affordable and the site is safe.
