Ready to fly with canceled booking
I found my booking was canceled 2 days prior to flight time. I was in panic mode. I called the airline, no help from them.
I called booking.com, they were the ones who I made the first booking with.
Mr. Deepak Panicker understood my problems dove right in and got me a flight the following day for just a few dollars more. He was so helpful and friendly.
thanks to his actions my trip halfway around the world is back on track.

This was a very good experience. Wait time was under 3 minutes to talk to a representative. He was kind and helpful.
Horrible experience, waste of time and $
I booked a round trip flight from Atlanta to Montreal.
The person in charge of paying for the flight with the airline messed up, and booking.com did not complete the transaction for the flight there, only the flight back was confirmed.
As this was not my fault and I have no use for a ticket back when I can’t get there in the first place, I asked them to cancel everything so I could book with someone actually competent.
They said this wasn’t possible, the flight back was confirmed, and I would just have to buy a far more expensive one way ticket.
Obviously that’s BS, and they should have made up for THEIR error.
I asked if they could instead rebook the flight they FAILED to book in the first place at the same price. They said yes. Great, right? Solved?
NO, of course not. Guess who hasn’t rebooked the flight like they agreed to? Shocking.
So I am stuck with a ticket back from a city I can’t get to that they refuse to refund, and will be out hundreds more buying a one way ticket there, as they also refuse to rebook it like they agreed to.
So basically they screwed up, refuse to fix their error or refund me, and now their error is going to cost me hundreds of dollars.
OH, AND- I have LOST COUNT of the number of times they tried to “transfer me to the correct department” and just hung up. The line disconnects. There is no transfer. It’s an Indian call center that they have trying to fix their problems, and they can’t even transfer a call.
I will never, ever, in my life, use booking.com again. WHAT A JOKE
