I booked a flight from London to Nashville for £505 from December 16th - January 9th. Had it confirmed just to get a phone call 2 mins later, saying they will charge me £293 FOR A BAG. I told them I will pay at the airport £60 which I usually get charged. He put me on hold to tell me the flight is gone and someone else took the last ticket. So because I didnt want to pay close to £300 FOR LUGGAGE, the ticket apparently went to someone else. SCAM of a website and trash customer service, DO NOT USE.

Scam company
Scam company, they take your money before confirming the flight. Then they try and charge you £300 per person on top for taxes. If you then want to cancel they charge a cancellation fee for cancelling their misrepresentation.
Their reply below is a standard reply. I have spoken to this company several times and each time they have no problem locating my reference number. It just goes to show what type of company this is!

Great Value Flight
The flight was great value and the booking process was easy. I booked in the evening and received e-tickets with other documents the next morning. From that point I was able to use the airline's app.
