After yet another devastating flood in…
After yet another devastating flood in November 2022, we contacted Flood Assist and received what can only be described as a first class service from Helen Heather, Helen was sympathetic to our problem of having to find a new Insurer and within a matter of an hour or so after our first point of contact, Helen had found us an Insurer that could provide the Flood Cover we require...we can't thank Heather enough! Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, no call centre, very easy to make contact. It felt that the insurance adviser was actually listening to my requirements and attention to detail, advice could not be faulted. It was very rewarding to have such good customer service and the quotation was immediate and matched the price of other insurance companies on line, I would highly recommend using this company.
