Excellent service…..
Recommended to us and, after receiving an eye-watering renewal premium from our current insurer, we decided to make contact. Helen was very helpful and knowledgeable, with a friendly approach. She was able to answer our myriad of questions about the coverage for flooding (and more), which left us reassured enough to take out the policy. It was also significantly cheaper than our current provider. Top marks.
Obviously the acid test is what happens if a claim is submitted - thankfully no experience of this!

Straightforward, efficient and friendly
Flood Assist simplified the process for us. We live in a flood zone and had a couple of issues this year which made finding insurance more difficult and more expensive than usual. In the past we've used comparison websites but the rigid yes/no online tick-boxes make it difficult if you need something slightly different plus you need to read the small print carefully as not all include flood cover. Flood Assist made it so much easier, and it turned out cheaper with better cover. The customer service was excellent. They took the time to understand what we needed and knew where to find it for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and will try them first next year.

Very efficient and friendly
Very efficient and friendly. From my experience the only brokers to go to for cover in a higher flood risk area. This year Flood Assist managed to achieve a reduction in premium for the same cover.
