Brilliant Service
Friendly, helpful and efficient rapid service. So nice to speak to a human and not someone with a robotic voice. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Everyone I spoke with at Flood Assist sounded cheerful and pleasant .

Quick and efficient service
They were very quick and efficient. I didnt have to wait! They dealt with my case in a very timely fashion, and my new home is now covered just in time for me to move in. This is in contrast to another insurance company who I was/am still waiting to hear from.
Their premium quote was a lot more reasonable as well.

Excellent service
Eddie did a great job finding us the correct cover. Eddie was very helpful and friendly throughout the quoting and purchase stage. It was great to speak to someone that is very knowledgeable and understanding, an asset to the company. Hopefully we never have to submit a claim but if we were I feel the service would be just as good.

Excellent, helpful service
