Great price, delivered as promised
Great experience with this company (so far). Can't fault them. Delivered on everything they said they would. The only issue I had was delivery was from 7am -5pm, which in this time of technology, I feel a bit unnecessary. Even am/pm option, or, driver will give a 4 hour window would have been helpful. Stayed in all day and got delivered at 4.45pm!
Floor goes down in the next few weeks, so will only report back if any issue. Otherwise, on inspection the product looks fab.

It’s amazes me that you have sent me…
It’s amazes me that you have sent me the survey when I’ve already stated a number of emails that I will never use you again.
The quality of the product was fine however as I have stated in my previous emails and phone calls, you dumped a pallet with me that I can not easily get rid of which will therefore cost me. You also tried to deliver to the wrong house despite having the correct address. Finally, unfortunately my fitter asked me toward more than I needed and when I requested to return it you were reluctant to accept the return as it was not the order and when you did it was at my expense and therefore pointless due to the cost of shipment.

After reviewing your order, we identified that a processing error led to an incorrect house number being entered, which caused the initial delivery attempt to be made a few properties away. We can confirm the order was then delivered to the correct address. As outlined at the time of purchase, deliveries are completed kerbside on a pallet, which is standard for this type of order.
We understand that disposing of a pallet is not always convenient, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Regarding your request to return surplus items, our returns policy states that return costs are covered by the customer, with a full refund issued once the goods are received back at our warehouse. It also advises that part-order returns are not usually accepted. When discussing this with you, we did also highlight that, due to the weight of the underlay, the return cost may be relatively high. Despite this, we offered you the option to return the excess items as a gesture of goodwill.
We’re sorry that you feel you would not use our services again, but we do appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.

I'm impressed - I saved a fortune shopping with Flooring King!
I really couldn't decide what flooring to use in my refurbished kitchen. I received 3 free samples but they weren't quite the look I wanted. Flooring King very kindly sent me another sample free of charge and this was the flooring I chose to buy. The flooring I bought was identical to flooring I had seen in a large DIY store. In the DIY store it cost almost double the price of Flooring King, saving me a fortune! When placing my order I was asked what day I would prefer for my delivery. I chose Friday. I received an email saying that my day had been changed to Monday with no explanation. This wasn't a huge problem but it was slightly inconvenient as I wanted to have the flooring delivered before my kitchen fitters started work. Overall though, I was really impressed with the free samples, the ease of ordering, the low price and the quality of flooring. Even after paying the delivery charge it was still a lot cheaper than the DIY store.
