I first found Flooring King from a Google search for exterior floor covering.
I first found Flooring King from a Google search based on 'exterior covering' for some steps outside. Flooring King was the first to come up and had a wide range promising next day delivery(which was £35.15)
Firstly, my order didn't arrive and I had to re-order for delivery.
Then, when I received my order of £210.92, I realised that it wasn't suitable for what I needed. Flooring King outright refused to refund me if I sent it back.
Thats my experience of Flooring King. I won't be using Flooring King again and I would not recommend using Flooring King.

Our product ranges are clearly described on our website, and we always recommend reviewing the specifications carefully prior to purchase to ensure suitability for your intended application.
With regard to your return request, the item you ordered was a bespoke product. As outlined in our terms and conditions, bespoke or made-to-order flooring cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty. These terms are clearly stated before purchase and reflect standard industry practice.
We also apologise for the initial delivery issue you experienced. While delays are not typical, we understand the inconvenience caused and are pleased this was resolved with a re-delivery.

Total lack of communication.
We ordered our floor. Order number 725532. We paid for delivery for the Wednesday. Advised it had been changed to Friday but it never turned up. No communication and we sat here all day waiting for our delivery. We have no idea when they propose to reschedule delivery so your guess is as good as ours. Very disappointed having paid a pricey delivery fee.
Total lack of communication.
Update.
I must say when flooring king was made aware of the situation they were apologetic. But unfortunately the courier they use let everyone down which is unfair. however, The delivery charge is not cheap and there was no offer of explanantion by the courier driver as to why we waited in all day only to be let down.
I would use Flooring King again because they provide a good product at a reasonable price. Just need to source a good courier company.

We would like to reassure you that when you contacted us regarding an ETA, all the information available to us at the time was shared with you in full. The order had been marked as “out for delivery” by our third-party courier on the requested delivery date (Friday). Unfortunately, neither ourselves nor you were notified by the courier that the delivery would not be completed as scheduled.
As the delivery date fell on a Friday, this was followed up as a priority on the next working day (Monday). You were contacted first thing that morning, where we explained the situation in full, including what had gone wrong and the steps being taken to resolve it.
We completely appreciate that the lack of communication from the courier caused inconvenience and disappointment, and we are sorry that this impacted your experience with us. While this was outside of our direct control, we have addressed this with the delivery company to help prevent similar issues in future.

I ordered FREE samples and Royal Mail sent me a slip to pay £5 before I could receive these samples as they hadn’t shipped properly. Not the best advertising as not free.

I left a negative review previously when I was frustrated with delivery or lack of which was by whatever courier . Having spoken to Amazon and calmed down I’m feeling that the negative review was unjust and would like to amend. I ordered flooring with Flooring King as they were the most competitively priced and it was all in stock and quick delivery. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong colour and realised the next day I made a phone call to Flooring King spoke to a very helpful guy called Sam who changed the order and cancelled the original order with no fuss and I came away thinking this is a company I want to use again and I will definitely use again and hope that it was a one off with certain courier company (you might want to review your options for delivery service). So Flooring King keep it up
