Apart from not being able to get the flooring anywhere else at the price we paid, the delivery was very quick, but the main reason for 5 stars is I emailed the day after delivery to say a box was damaged and 3 planks had damage to the corners not a massive problem but these items aren't cheap, I got an instant reply and was told they would send a new complete box which I thought was the best outcome for me, great customer service.

Overall a really positive experience.
My ohe overall experience was real positive. The flooring was competitively priced and quick delivery. I appreciated choosing my delivery date. I decided to add an extra pack to my order at a later date which was really straight forward. The courier arrived on-time and placed the pallet where requested. Flooring King have my recommendation.

delivery could have been better
I had requested delivery on a specific date and had that confirmed. The floor was delivered a day early and I wasn't at home. Luckily I wasn't far away and the driver agreed to wait for me. But that's a pretty basic thing to get wrong.

Easy to order, arrived on time ... disappointed that I spent in excess of £1500 & needed an additional pack so had to pay an additional £40 delivery charge.

Ordered flooring for our kitchen, they advised the colour was slightly different to the sample ordered. We were happy to continue, we ordered one box short and they went above and beyond for the extra box to be delivered to us. Highly recommend, helpful and honest a rarity these days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
