The quality of the item and how it was packaged to protect it during transit was exceptional. And next day really was next day. No nonsense shopping. As a small business I need a reliable supplier of materials as down time costs money and customer confidence. Thanks to the team.

Great Service and product
With regards to our flooring order, we required verbal advice as to the requsite ammount. We contacted Flooring King verbally and the advice saved time and money. The flooring arrived on time. The six stairwells are at present being refurbished with the Flooring King product and at present looks perfect.

Loved the flooring and choices but was…
Loved the flooring and choices but was let down by the materials being damaged in transport. One tube of beading all had 300mm missing from the end and this was covered in moisture. I don’t blame flooringking for this as I believe it happened when stored at haulers. I have spoken with flooring king regarding the issues and very happy with their customer service. Highly recommended to anyone!
