The sales staff were very polite and helpful.
I bought engineered wood flooring to lay myself. It was priced at the cheaper end of the range and I was afraid it might not fit together so well. However this was not the case. All the joints fitted perfectly and the whole floor was easy for me to lay. I am very happy with the value for money and with the result.

The only negative was not having any notice of the delivery - it was lucky I was in. Otherwise pallet and packets of flooring would have been left outside. But love the floor now its down.

The recent experience I have had with Flooring Village was excellent. The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable and answered my queries. The subsequent order was delivered promptly and we were very happy with our purchase.

Very easy and straight forward to order with no issues. Only issue I had (and the reason its not 5 stars) is that once delivery is booked you are supposed to get a time-window for delivery but I never received anything. I contacted FV to find out and they said they had no information about it (blamed the courier company) to which I thought was a bit of a poor excuse. Apart from never being contacted about the time slot for delivery, everything was ok.

Extremely impressed with Flooring Village. I had ordered the Balterio Quattro 8 Loft White flooring. The care taken to pack and protect this flooring was second to none ensuring that it arrived safely. It arrived within a week, which with the current Covid situation, was a very pleasant surprise. Will not hesitate to purchase from here again. Many thanks.

Two packs of laminate arrived slightly damaged - I emailed to ask about a replacement and the advisor immediately arranged for two new packs to be sent without question which then arrived within two days.

My only quibble is if you need to order any extra smaller bits such as beading after your initial order, the postage is extortionate.

The LVT flooring which I ordered was very competitively priced and was delivered swiftly and without incident.

First time I had used this company, very prompt delivery service. The flooring turned up ahead of the delivery date.

Wonderful service received from Hayley, from first phone call Tues 1 Dec 2020, where she assisted with information regarding flooring stock and delivery through to the collection service at Burton on Trent, chaps onsite were also excellent. Order was confirmed for collection Thursday, 3 Dec 2020 and we collected Fri 4 Dec 2020...amazing service considering supply chain issues currently due to covid.
I'd certainly recommend them and order from them again.

Purchased 16 packs of Harmony Stonewashed Birch Luxury vinyl flooring and received a great price compared to competitors. FL were happy to keep the packs for a few weeks to help us out. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and with the floor looking good and of a high quality, we would definitely return in the future.

Absolutely, outstanding customer service! In fact I would say most other companies could learn a thing or two from these guys. Adam Bailey is an outstanding Sales Manager, an asset to the company. We had a problem with a product and its being replaced and labour paid for by FV with little to no fuss! Would use them again in a heart beat!

Had this flooring laid in our kitchen/ dining room about 2 yrs ago via a shop & wanted it taking through into the lounge
Flooring Village updated me via email when ordered & dispatched. Received within 14 days of ordering & the delivery driver waited until we'd checked all the boxes. Ordered an extra box of both part A & B to ensure we had enough.
Went with the same fitter and saved £'s again as he's now self employed

First time I had used this company. They worked out the qty I needed from my measurements. This was spot on and I just had a pack over. Delivery was good arrived on a pallet .Well packed and know damages. Have laid flooring and am pleased with the quality and looks good. I will certainly use again on next project. I ordered engineered flooring, scotia and door threshold. The flooring arrived separately from the scotia but the website had said that might happen. I phone to check and was told that was the case. Flooring now laid and it looks great. I would certainly use them again.
