The salesmen are very friendly and not pushy at all for a sale, I was left to have a good look around and make an informed choice of what I wanted. The salesman was very knowledgeable of all the product in the store and gave me the best advice of what to get to go over my underfloor heating systen id already got down within my home he acted in a friendly but professional manner, and not once did he make me feel silly with all the 101 questions I had for him

From the staff in-store that organised the fitting dates, the stock and everything in between; we are more than happy with the service provided!
The day of the fitting, two gentlemen arrived and promptly uplifted and removed the previous flooring and advised me on the best possible fitting for the area; and what would look best in the space. They got straight to work on installing the laminate purchased, remained very professional throughout and finished the installation very quickly, and to a very very high standard.(so much so that we have now requested the fitters originally provided, for all future jobs)
I have to say, after being quoted much higher prices by other companies, we were hesitant to believe that the extremely low price provided by Floorstore would amount to a similar quality of product and finish in comparison to other traders we have received quotes from; but decided to move ahead due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback provided about Floorstore from other customers.
I am honestly able to say that the entire experience has been amazing and WE WILL be returning as a customer - Our floor looks absolutely amazing, we paid a VERY good price for installation and the materials required; and received a great pair of fitters on the day.

Staff were very helpful and polite in store. Knowledgeable about the products. Delivery to store was quicker than expected, and delivery to home was well organised and efficient. Products are of good quality, I have purchased floor covering, carpets and beds from Floorstore and would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant! Molly was amazing at helping us with the carpets and laminate flooring. Helped us with the measurements and made sure we had everything we needed. Scott was brilliant also, we had a lot of stuff that we didnt end up using and he was happy to help us with refunding these and doing swaps for other items we needed instead. Extremely helpful staff, very friendly and had us laughing the whole time. Great enviroment!

Managed to get a carpet in for Christmas. The carpet fitter was experienced and friendly. Fitted it a timely manner.

Excellent service from start to finish. Helped us decide what we needed and told us about the different types of flooring. Sent us a guy named Sid to fit and he was also absolutely A1. Helped me with moving sofas as and where, kept us updated with what he was doing and did everything to ensure we was happy with everything. Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I was let down badly by one store near me so cancelled. I went to floorstore in wakefield, explained what I wanted and Paul advised me what was needed and I was given a 2 day slot for the work. They came to see what was to be done and advised me what I needed to do. They came on the days specified and did an excellent job and I am thrilled with the new floor. I found the 2 workmen very pleasant and polite and can't praise them enough

They bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. Got me fitted quickly at very competitive prices. Love my LVP flooring and carpet. Highly recommend the company and Rob who will sort out your needs.

Excellent service highly recommended
We have dealt with the floor store over many years having bought flooring for the whole of the house from laminate to carpet and more recently LVT. We have dealt with a number of different staff at the Wakefield store but Rob was extremely helpful in helping us choose our LVT for our new bathroom even recommending a completely different colour to what we first thought! Would highly recommend all of the team. The fitters Martin who did our carpets and Wayne and Mark who fitted the LVT were excellent.

After already receiving a few quotes from other company's a family member advised me to have a look at Floorstore, I had a look on the website and requested a quote which I received via email quite quickly. I then received a call from Scott at the Wakefield store asking me a few more questions to make sure the quote was correct, I called Scott a couple of times over the next few days to ask questions etc and he was so helpful. We called into store to finalise everything and book the installation of the flooring and was surprised to find out we could have it done the following week. Everything was so easy to arrange and the floor fitter has done a fantastic job! He really took his time and you could tell he cared about making sure it was perfect. Will definitely be using Floorstore in the future.

We had great service from Paul in store from start to finish. He was really helpful selecting the best flooring to suit our needs with two small dogs at home. He was patient and attentive and we’re really happy with the choices he assisted us to make. All promised schedules were met and communications were excellent. This was the second time we had used The Floorstore for LVT and carpets and we were not disappointed. The quality of the products and expert fitting is of the highest standards. Will be coming back soon for bedroom carpets in the New Year.

Would just like to say a big thank you to Rob for helping us choose our new bedroom carpet. This is the third or 4th time we have had flooring from the Floor Store Wakefield, having had both carpets and laminate flooring in the past. We’ve even bought a bed from here which is so comfortable. Can’t fault the customer service which has been consistently good every time. And a really big thank you to Steve who has fitted all of the carpets we have had, he is always so efficient and clears up after he has finished. I would highly recommend this business.
