We havent yet had our flooring delivered but wanted to take the time to share our experience so far. Since placing the order for our sample we have had the pleasure of being Sean’s customers. He’s been fantastic at keeping in touch via WhatsApp and answering all our questions politely, with fast, knowledgeable responses. He has made us feel like valued customers.

The company has been great answering all my questions before I placed the order. Davinder was the customer service agent who has been really helpful and replying swiftly to Amy queries I had and also gave me a code for a 5% discount before paying for my good and gave me good advice for the flooring, can't wait to get my flooring and get it laid. Great company. 5 stars all the way.

Davinder has been excellent. Helped all the way through and been unbelievably patient with me as my situation with my house and ordering has been a bit awkward but he was absolutely spot on.
