I was looking to get a stair runner after recently renovating my house. I’d had a couple of quotes from carpet companies, but nothing I saw really stood out or felt like the statement I wanted to make.

Then I came across the Dubai Deco runner from Floor Street and completely fell in love with it.

What made the whole process so easy was being able to message via WhatsApp. Sean replied really quickly, and after I sent over photos and measurements, he called me to talk everything through and advise me on exactly what I needed.

He was incredibly helpful. I originally thought I wanted gold stair rods, but after talking through the different finishes with me, he realised that antique brass would actually suit my home much better. I’m so grateful he took the time to do that because I would have ordered the wrong colour.

With Sean’s advice, I ordered everything I needed and chose to use an independent carpet fitter who had already worked with Floor Street runners before. In doing so, I saved around £700 compared to the quotes I’d previously received for runners that I wasn’t even that excited about.

I’m so looking forward to seeing my Dubai Deco runner fitted, and I can’t thank Sean enough for making the whole process so easy.

I’ve always been someone who takes the easy option and uses companies that both supply and fit, but I’m so glad I did it this way. Not only was the service friendly and personal, but I also saved a significant amount of money and ended up with a runner that I’m genuinely excited about.

I had an excellent experience with Sean from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient while helping me choose the right flooring for my new home.

What really stood out was his dedication. Even while the England World Cup match was on, Sean remained prompt with his replies and continued helping me without any delays. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.

He made the whole ordering process straightforward and stress-free, offering honest advice and helping me find exactly what I was looking for.

Davinder's customer service was excellent. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the choices available but he was very helpful and suggested a floor I was very happy with. Thank you! I was weary of WhatsApp at first but I called the office and was reassured it was all legit. Floor beautiful and a great price, it came with a different name from the retailer which threw me so be aware that might happen.
