Jamie was great in helping me decide on flooring, countertops and tile for my bathroom remodel. The subcontractors all scheduled their work in advance and arrived on time. All work was completed to my satisfaction.

Jamie was very helpful, offered suggestions and ideas based on what we were looking for. He was timely with communication and delivered all services he said he would. The product has turned out great (carpet and vinyl tile). We will definitely be using Florcraft for future renovations!

Patrick did a great job throughout the process, from helping us select flooring to arranging for a backup installer when our original installer was injured the night before our scheduled time. I had never been to Florcraft before but I would definitely purchase from them again, recommend them to my friends.

The style of the carpet is nice and the installer did a good job installing the carpet. However, the underlayment is not uniform, so depressions can be felt in the carpet. The carpet was installed before the other restoration work was completed and consequently paint was tracked onto the carpet. The restoration company still has painting, plumbing, electrical and cabinetry work to do, so I expect more damage to the carpet. I did not give approval for the carpet to be installed before the other restoration work was completed.

The kitchen is beautiful! We got all new cabinets, flooring, countertops, and cove base from FlorCraft. The Bellmont 1600 cabinets in Natural Maple finish are just beautiful. We self built our own home in the late 1960's early 1970's, and the kitchen had never been touched since initial construction. We kept the light fixtures and some of the other original elements of the kitchen, and those really help tie this new work in with the old.

We self performed and/or contracted structural, drywall, paint, electrical, baseboard heating, and plumbing work. The project started on November 22nd, and was substantially complete by the end of January. There was a lot of coordination of trades, and for the most part it went very well.

Jamie at FlorCraft was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He worked with us to develop the design, and Florcraft furnished and installed the flooring, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and cove base trim. Whenever we needed anything, Jamie took extra effort to make sure we received it.

There were only a few glitches on the project. The first was a measurement bust that we handled by eliminating a wall that was to be built. This actually resulted in a better finished product. There were a couple of very small scope of work issues on flooring that FlorCraft fixed, and there some very small workmanship issues on final trim that we took care of. We still do not like the slamming closure on the tip out under the sink - my mom will not use that feature until it is fixed. I ordered some "Rev-A-Shelf LD-0220-50SC Soft-Close Sink-Front Tip-Out Tray Hinges, Zinc" sold by: RokHardware. I plan to install those and will let Jamie know how they work. The last issue was that several of the cabinet doors were warped, and Bellmont/Florcraft/Jamie got new doors and got them installed under warranty.

The only other thing I will say is that while Jamie kept us very well informed about the Florcraft components of the project, those things were only about 50% of the complete project. I suggest that the initial estimate should be provided on a form that includes lines for all disciplines (electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC, etc.). The Florcraft scope items could have the costs filled in, and the home owner would see right up front that things not provided by Florcraft may have a cost. I made up a spreadsheet to do this, and was able to have a running estimate all the way through the project. It turned out that I was about $4k low on a $38k project, mostly due to unknown electrical and plumbing/HVAC things that got added in.

Overall - good job, beautiful kitchen, great people to work with!

I purchased Cali solid bamboo click lock flooring. It is lovely and installed fairly easily by my contractor except that it is so dense that it is hard on the saw blade and actually scorches the edges of the plank - you can't see it when installed so all is well. The salesperson was extremely helpful throughout.

Florcraft did a great job with carpet and tile. I'm really happy with my purchases.

This was a job well done from start to finish. From the day we entered the store to the day i paid the final bill customer service was spot on. Doug and his crew did a great job installing the floor and Doug was a great help when it came to the final design of the stair case. Jamie and Patrick were very responsive to all questions. A great sales team.

Jamie at Florcraft sold me the Kentwood acacia flooring. He was really helpful in assisting me with finally deciding on this flooring. He kept me informed about product availability and product arrival. I enjoyed working with him and would personally recommend him to those looking for a new floor.
