Thank you for coming back after the work was done to fix some flowing tiles that were being pinned done by the oven.

We've used Florcraft several times over the past 15 years for everything from hardwood flooring, carpeting, area rugs and even vinyl. We always work with Patrick and appreciate his product knowledge. They have a great selection and the staff there is courteous and helpful. I am comfortable recommending them to anyone.

We built a new home and utilized Florcraft for our cabinets, tile and flooring. All products were outstanding. But what put Florcraft above others was the staff. They provided exceptional service. Responded to questions, concerns and needs within 24 - 48 hours. They were always accessible (within reason) and were out to ensure our experience in building a new home was a positive one. They provided recommendations and "challenged" our ideas which resulted in a better layout and home. Thank you Florcraft!!

Jamie took a personal interest in our project. We got new flooring throughout the house (carpet and hardwood) and new kitchen cabinets. The design of the kitchen is excellent- Jamie had many great ideas to make it look good and be more functional. We are very happy with the wood floors and carpet. Would definitely return for future projects/recommend to friends.

I worked with 2 specialists - Jamie and Andy on a remodel of a kitchen and living room with additional replacement of flooring throughout the home. Both were very helpful and accessible and projected a personal interest in the project as it went from conception to completion.

I had two previous experience with getting hard wood flooring installed, and I had no issues 5 stars those times, but when it was time to remove our kitchen island put in a new island and new flowing in the kitchen they dropped the ball left and right, and once the project was complete I never heard from anyone again. The General Contractor did finish the island I think because we said we would eventually be putting in bacsksplash so they didn't seal the new counter top or sinish that area of the wall is just drywall and unsealed but we didn't know when we would get to the backsplash it should have been painted, textured and sealed like normal but no one has even inquired if everything went as expected, the flooring installers were horrendous and left a trash can in the middle of the living room overnight while we lived in the house. I had to move it, they could have moved the fridge back instead of placing it in front of the stove so that I could use both but for some reason even though they had put the flooring down they left the kitchen in such a way that I couldn't use it.

Went out of their way to find and deliver the product I needed.

Rob at Florcraft did an excellent job at walking me through the flooring process. He took time to explain the differences between the materials we were looking at and as a result he made this a very seamless experience for my family. The quality of material is great and we are extremely pleased with the final result.

I would highly recommend Florcraft and Rob to anyone.

This was the second time we bought carpet from Florcraft and while the first time everything went very well, this time was different. There was an issue with the carpet that meant that its installation would be delayed until they could find a solution. Florcraft worked with their installers and eventually with the manufacturer, The outcome was that the carpet was replaced and they completed the job, with excellent results. We also managed to get a second room carpeted at a discounted price with one of the pieces of the original carpet. We knew they would get the job done and they did and they treated us well throughout the entire process. We will be buying more floor coverings from them yet again.

I can't say enough about Laura's assistance in helping us find the materials to complete a project: 4 different floorings, each to meet a specific need. She was aware of our budget and provided cost-effective solutions. Prices here were lower than "bargain" flooring places.
The installers were competent, organized, and detail oriented. The finished project looks great.

The staff at Florcraft has helped us for many years with our construction projects. They have always been professional when interacting with our clients and have been within our budget. I would highly recommend Florcraft Carpet One.
