I was so happy to have a loyalty reward to use for my purchase. I bought a second pair of my favourite jeans in a new season colour

So annoyed with after sales service

So annoyed with after sales service. I just wanted to exchange a garment. Filled out the online return form, said they would contact in 1-2 days, 2 weeks later no reply, filled it out again, still no reply. Meanwhile the 14 day exchange period has well and truly expired. No phone number or contact email anywhere! disappointing.

This is a safe trustworthy site to use. The clothes arrive nicely packaged, in a timely manner and good quality clothes as expected.
And of the clothes aren’t a great fit absolutely no problems with returns.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. My beautiful mum spent over $200 looking for some new clothes. When she received the items, they did not fit despite buying her usual size. One of the items also came in the wrong size to what she ordered. Since she knew she was returning it all she didn't bother to flag this.

She realised she could only receive a store credit for her return which she was fine with. She sent the return back via express and then realised she still had not received her store credit. She kindly reached out to the team asking for assistance, and realised it was sent to an email she no longer has access too.

The team at Florence sent a robotic and unhelpful response telling my mum they weren't able to help because of their 'privacy policies'. In this economy, spending over $200+ is not easy, and for my mum to want to treat herself with some clothes only to have the money thrown away is a hard thing to cop.

My mum responded to the email, asking for a refund instead as a courtesy as she had also received the incorrect size. Their response was rude, and inappropriate for a company that works to empower women through fashion. They told my mum that because she didn't flag in her return that she received the wrong size, they wouldn't do anything about it. My mum had no option to select this when she returned the order.

Nevertheless, as a business, if you do wrong, you fix it. It was incredibly disappointing to 1. Receive responses in the manner she did, and 2. Have no resolution to these issues.

My mum is now out a whopping $238, all because they could not direct the voucher to a different email address.

Please do not give this store your money, they do not do business appropriately, and if anything are a scam. They take advantage of their customers and don't care for their mistakes. I am incredibly sad for my mum to have this on her.

Do not shop here

I purchased 3 sale items as my first purchase. One was the wrong size. I am a standard size in clothing. I emailed to enquire about exchanging it for the right size which I could see was in stock on their website and was given a straight NO its sale item. Then quoted the policy. Did you know stores actually have the choice to offer an exchange or refund and this one is NOT and happy to throw that in your face. They are not interested in reaching a solution with customers or retaining customers.

Never before have I experienced such rude customer service. Aggressive, unhelpful and unprofessional.
I placed an order and was was advised via email that it was shipped same day (winning at this point!)
As the website clearly states local orders are delivered in 1-3 working days, after 4 business days, I notice the consignment had not seemed to have left their warehouse and I followed up. The communications that I had regarding the matter were quite unbelievable. The first email I had a little laugh but then it kept on going. To start with, I was told to follow up myself, I was then advised the order had definitely left their warehouse and when I questioned them further about the legitimacy of this a refund was issued. We do not have to put up with hostile, unprofessional and extremely unhelpful businesses when there are so many others out their having a good crack

Where is my dress?

After not receiving a rather expensive purchase, I got in touch with Florence Store to rectify the issue. I received a rather blunt response, stating they had sent it off and it was now in AusPost’s care, completely wiping their hands of the matter. After getting in touch with AusPost, they informed me that from their records showed it had in fact been scanned in by Florence Store, and seemingly never left their store.. Interesting. Be careful with this one!

Hmm.....after agreeing to subscribe to this site I was given a 15% first purchase discount. I tried to use the code given at checkout however found it kept saying INVALID code. I've sent an email to customer service and am still waiting for a reply. . . . After reading some
of the reviews on this site I am extremely skeptical about making any purchases from this company now. I am saying what happened to me and have no reason to tell otherwise.
