Fabulous service

I recently purchased a dress from Florence Store. The quality of the garment was amazing. Ordering was easy, the dress was delivered quickly and communication was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Do not buy from this store - buyer beware

Update: Thank goodness I used Paypal, this store takes no responsibility for inaccurate image display and poor quality . I raised a claim, returned the item and I received a refund from Paypal after they reviewed my purchase and the concerns I raised.
Five Stars to Paypal Zero to Florence Store. I stand by my original review.
Do not buy from this store - Buyer Beware as this company takes no responsibility for inaccurately displayed and poor product quality. Very patronising in their response, grammatically incorrect so wonder if I was actually talking to a bot.
I purchased a twist front silk dress that arrived looking nothing like the pattern on the photo's shown. There was a strong blue pattern on the top half of the dress that was completely missing from the product I received. The dress was packaged very poorly and when I opened the item it had a very stong unpleasant chemical smell. On requesting a full refund on a $200+ dress I was not given any option other than to return for a store credit.
A side by side shows a significant variation to the item displayed and I was told that I should expect a slight variance in the pattern. In relation to the chemical smell after being ignored intially I was told to air or wash the dress. I doubt professional cleaning will remove the stench. I note the benign responses to all complaints unfortunately this company does not take customer service seriously or their returns policy would include refunds of money spent.

Very rude

Very rude. I tried to return a dress that the shape was horrible and cut wrong. When trying to return they informed me that I was not able to as I was out of the 14 day return policy. When I stated that I received package on 15th and sent request on 29th, they replied that the cutoff included the delivery date so the cut off was the 28th. Definitely would not recommend purchasing from this store.

Florence and Flowers! Perfect!

I came across this brand on Social media and could not believe my eyes! The linen floral top that I ordered was AMAZING quality and the print! OH MY! Stunning! I have received so many lovely comments, and it arrived in the mail so fast.

Appalling return policy

Appalling return policy. Only 2 weeks to send the item back if it is not returned within the 2 weeks, they will not accept it. Also read the fine print, don't be uninformed like I was they only issue store credit if you get it back in time. If only I had know before hand, I never would have ordered from there!! There are too many nice online shops that deliver fast, have a more liberal return policy and offer refunds!
To top it off the quality of the items are rather cheap and poorly made. Thumbs down!

Rude customer service…

Hands down the rudest customer service I have ever received.
I prefer to compliment than complain, but this was not nice.
When opening a discussion about an item I believed to be faulty, I was dismissed before it was even reviewed with videos or images.

I understand this item may not have qualified for a return, but to be shutdown so abruptly was not appreciated.

Edit: this was all via email communication, so tone can not be reflected.

Dismissive and Rude!

The dress I purchased from this store went missing somewhere between Florence store and Australia Post. Florence customer service were incredibly dismissive, unhelpful and basically took no responsibility for any part of it. Australia Post, on the other hand, were so beautiful. They compensated me $100 of the $130 even though they werent obligated to. Florence couldn't give a flying duck. I will NEVER purchase from Florence again and will be sharing my opinion wherever I can. It was just so rude!

Beware their customer service and poor…

Beware their customer service and poor returns policy forcing customers to take a store credit rather than refunding for their poor quality clothes!

Customer support is very prompt but rude and unhelpful!

Would not buy again!!!
