What a truly horrendous company. They have left my family in tears and with a holiday they did not book, nor want. Zero empathy, zero customer service and zero professionalism.

It honestly begs the question how can this company trade. We have decided to seek legal advice regarding Florida Masters and Major Holidays.

I feel humiliated and upset to be treated in such a way - they most certainly will not get away with this.

Lilly Jones goes above and beyond her duties I have been in touch with her with a few issues while on holiday nothing whatsoever to do with her or the Company but she helped me out with advice and again since we have come home, can’t praise her enough she deserves to be promoted with a big pay rise because she is fantastic.

Booked the holiday almost 2 years before travel, at no point was there any issue if I asked for something it was done immediately. I wasn’t the easiest customer, asking for a few amendments along the way but all done without an issue and confirmation provided immediately.

I booked my family dream holiday with Lilly Jones about 22 months ago. We booked two weeks to Florida including flights (Lilly made sure that she pre-booked our seats to ensure we were all sat together), hotel and park tickets for Disney and Universal Studios. We returned on Thursday (22nd August 2019) and I genuinely cannot praise or thank Lilly enough. The whole process was so smooth. Everything arrived on time as promised, when I emailed Lilly any questions she instantly replied and I've already been in touch with her to receive a quote for 2021. If you want a stress free, trip of a lifetime get in touch with Lilly Jones, she is absolutely amazing and her hard work literally gave us the best holiday we have ever had!

I have had nothing but good with this company, I've dealt with Lee and Alasdair and they have been amazing, they have ALWAYS got back to me if i haven't been able to get through on the phone ( because im sure im not there only customer and i fully understand it is not possible to answer the phone when your on the other line) they have always got back to me via Email or by phone if ive left a voicemail, we haven't been away yet but the service so far is brilliant. Thank you Lads for all your help

Terrible, stressful experience! We booked our holiday to Disney a year in advance. We thought everything was sorted only to have our flights changed at the last minute. We then found that the transfer from Tampa airport to the Disney resort didn’t actually exist! It was only due to continual request for our transfer information from Florida Masters we found this out. Otherwise we would have been stuck in Tampa airport with no way of getting to the hotel. This lead to 3 weeks of constant emails and phone calls on our part and lack of response on theirs.
The flights booked for us were terrible. We did not make one of our connecting flights due to a lack of time between landing and getting to our connection. This resulted in a 33 hour journey home and Florida Masters have shown very little interest in our situation.
Never going to book with them again! I would advise anyone thinking of it not to bother using them as they ruined our holiday! What is worse we recommended them to our friends and they had an equally awful experience!

My first experience of FM was a March 2018 trip, dealing with Lawson a friend booked a group of 6 of us in a villa with a hire car. We were sent many photos of villas and asked to choose which one we wanted which we did and we got the exact villa in the photos we chose. We kept having to adjust our party size in the begining but everything was always straight forward. The villa was beautiful couldn't have wished for better!!! Awsome trip!!! We have booked again for three of us for a November 2019 trip, this time I delt directly with Alasdair Nadar. We chose this time to stay just off the I drive as although the villas are not too far from the parks, with the traffic it can take a long time sometimes. We researched where we wanted to stay which was no problem to book, as soon as the flights could be booked we paid our balance, and were given the flight details and booked our seats out and return with the airline. The price was really good the high street could not beat it!! I've never had a problem when phoning them, someone is always there to help you in my experience, alasdair has even phoned me back on his day off when I have had a question about something. By email or by telephone I have never had any worries or problems with FM. There will be another review after our trip which has been so easy to book. Thank you so much!

OK the Flights were amazing, and Communication has also been great.

So as promised I'd Review our experience on return, we did have an issue on arrival to the Villa where it had not been cleaned after a few phones calls we were moved for the night, as all we wanted to do was get our heads down for a few hours.

After a few emails and a Call to Florida Masters when I woke up a few hours later I can not fault the help that we had from Lee.

Lee was in contact with the Management Company of the Villa and could not apologize enough for the issue we had faced.

On returning to the house the next afternoon, we could finally relax and enjoy the Holiday as it was Sparkling Clean and smelt fresh.

Only other issue we faces was the Beds need to be looked at as you only had to move in them and they made alot of noise to the extent the Kids moved their mattress to the floor so they could sleep.

The issues with the Management Company was resolved and we did get an apology from them as well, this was out of the control of Florida Masters as they are in the UK and Trust that ALL will be fine when you arrive on your holiday.

A small Hicup ( Which Seemed liked a massive problem when you are soo tired) which was resolved I must also say that Lee has been followed up with an email to me on Sunday, out of hours and that in its self shows that the Level of Care hasnt stopped on Our return to the UK.

Tuscans HIll in Davenport is a lovely area and the Villas in Generally are well thought after, they have security gates with key code entry at the main entrance and are well maintained with a Pool man, Gardener and Hedgeman ( they man who cuts the hedges)

One Day the pool man came in and test and checked the Chlorine levels to tell us it was lower than it should be and that we couldnt use the pool for a few hours as he needed to top it up with chemicals, this was a reassurance that he was doing his job properly.

You dont see everyday rubbish in the street although there was a Villa next to us and for the 2 weeks we were there, there was mattresses on the front garden, nothing the Management company could do as it was a privately owned Villa.

They are quite strict on when the Bins are emptied and on what day, so you dont incur a fine.

All in All we had a lovely time and I would use Florida Masters again

Had a great holiday and would 100% recommend Florida Masters to friends and family, Lilly in particular. From the outset she was thoroughly professional and made the whole process easy and with a great price too. If you are thinking of booking a holiday in Florida then look no further!

We read the bad reviews before we booked, but hoped that the limited amount of good reviews would reflect our experience.
We could not have been more wrong. We booked our holiday 14 months in advance and waited patiently for our documents 4 weeks prior to travel, then 3 weeks...Eventually 7 days before travel we called and demanded an explanation to which we were guaranteed documents would arrival via email that day. After multiple phone calls, time from work and a lot of stress we manged to get a voucher for a villa (Florida masters had booked the wrong date for half of our party) The flight confirmation came 96 hours before, and this highlighted that Florida Master had booked half of our party on a different plane!
I contacted our hotel in Clearwater to double check no mistakes there and they said that we would have to pay on arrival because Florida Masters had guaranteed with a personal credit card that didn't match our name.
We fly tomorrow, and because they booked myself and my young children on separate booking references we are now scattered all over the plane.
It has been without question the worst booking experience I have ever encountered and I would hate for any family to go through what we have been through.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BOOK!!! with FLORIDA MASTERS. We travel in a couple of days and have spent the last 2 weeks chasing our flight confirmation and accomodation vouchers. We have been fobbed off and told to call back closer to the departure date. For the last 2 days we were promised our paperwork only to find out that that they had not booked our flights or accomodation. Now they are offering us a different flight and still cannot send us any accomodation details. We paid for this holiday over 14 months ago only to be completely stressed out days before we are supposed to go. No one at Florida Masters seems to be bothered and we just keep getting told they will resolve it and will call us back, but they never do. I urge anyone not to bother with this company if you want a stress free holiday, but if you like having to chase up and call a number that keeps hanging up on you or just rings out then this is the company for you! Terrible company and will never book with them again.... further to this i just found out that they havent paid for our hotel and the hotel cannot get hold of them to clear the payment... GREAT!

Ok so the price we got for 7 people was amazing so I was a bit optimistic when booking and after reading reviews thought do you know what there wasn’t reviews years ago so let’s give it a go.
We are 2 separate families going to Florida in August 2019 sharing a villa and making memories together.
I will be honest had a few issues once we had paid the full amount for the holiday but this was soon and quickly sorted out.
What you don’t realise is that FM bulk book seats on the planes and they do get you the best deal but you may have to wait til 2 weeks before you fly for details unlike most holiday companies.
I am now happy that I have all information and have confirmation and we are booked on the flights with Virgin Atlantic and also I have all Villa info security details and codes etc.

Thankyou Lawson for initially helping with the booking, Josh for being my direct contact and doing your upmost to ensure that details have been received and any emails have been replied to and lastly Warren for ensuring we had flight details and that all was correct for a very demanding customer.

I really appreciate everything FM team have done and I Will review again once we are back towards end of August

I have booked a number of holidays with FM - New York - Barbados and Florida. They work hard to get the best deal, small deposit if booking early.
Just received a call from Lee to upgrade from Indirect flight to Orlando and better London Airport - Very happy customer.

Don’t waste your time.

Having been to Florida over 20 times it was clear to me the guy on the phone was merely a sales man who knew what to say to get a sale but had no experience whatsoever in Florida. Even the quality of their emails lacked professionalism. I read the reviews, done my homework and booked with Ocean Florida.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We booked these guys, as were getting married in Orlando, Oh my gosh to start Lee could not do enough to assist. He promised a specific villa, sorted our hooneymoon and promised that any guests who booked on would get discount on our booking and be on the same villa park as us. OH MY GOD HOW QUICK THAT CHANGED ONCE WE PAID THE DEPOSIT.
We had 4 other group bookings through them, all four were constantly chasing for their villa address - nobody would answer the phone (it was clear that they save telephone numbers as I once tried again off my dads phone and got a pick up straight away). Every day they would promise to confirm flights or villa - NOTHING GOT SORTED. Then literally four weeks before we were going ALL the other bookings had there flights changed and villas changed SO they were nowhere near our villa park!! This was meant to be a wedding group booking and it became clear they clearly leave everything to the last min before booking! They caused so much stress and when i complained to Lee he just emailed me back saying ok ill cancel your booking then, they are completely rude and sharks. Any good reviews must be fake. Avoid at all costs !! Ruined a holiday (wedding) booking of a lifetime. They caused nothing but stress and would really never wish this on anyone else!
Also me and my partner asked how much it would be to upgrade the flight on our way back from the honeymoon - they asked for over £1000 pp - managed to call Virgin direct who confirmed that it was actually only £250 pp!!
My recommendation would be to stay clear! Disgraceful company and literally do not know how they sleep.

Lilly was amazing with booking my family holiday to Florida fast responses and had no issues everything went smoothly. Also got the best price.

We have had a Wonderful experience booking with Florida Masters especially the expert advice from Lawson (he really is a star) Nothing was to much trouble for him and every email was answered within minutes,
A stress free experience.
We have used Florida Masters before and would Highly recommend 100% ..... 10/10 wonderful company and wonderful staff.
