Fantastic service from Lawson. From holiday query & quote to booking, he has dealt with all my holiday questions straight away. Nothing was too much hassle for him. I would definitely recommend to anyone booking.

Had a fantastic experience with Florida Masters over the last 4 years. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Alistair has gone out of his way to find accommodation and flights to meet our requirements and nothing is too much trouble for him. Just booked for 2020 and the experience was faultless. I would highly recommend Florida Masters for anyone looking for their next Florida holiday. For the last four holidays in Florida we have had the best flights, car hire and accommodation and nothing has been too much trouble to make our holiday unforgettable. After getting quotes for our Florida holiday I found Florida Masters to have the bast price, I was a little dubious about booking with them as never hear of them but I needn’t of worried!!
Lily Jones is amazing...she is so helpful & goes out of her way to do anything she to make your holiday perfect. I’ve had a lot of communication with Lily via email & she always gets back to you ASAP, she has sorted a few difficulties we have had ( a member of our holiday party cancelled) and even though I was really stressed about what to do Lily sorted everything out for us not a problem.
Our next Florida holiday with definitely be booked with Lily, great company & super customer service from everyone I have spoken with!

We have had several holidays to Florida,all down to Lily Jones. She is very knowledgeable and always go way above and far beyond any expectation to ensure you get the holiday you really want. This is no matter how many times you tweet the plans. She has personal knowledge of how often we tweek things!😂

I always trust Lily to get the best price and if she can’t get it then it’s probably not worth getting. I would strongly suggest she receive a promotion as she makes your company what it is.

In a nutshell Florida Masters is our go to Florida holiday company, but only because of Lily. If you do promote her make sure she can still sort our holidays!!

Me and my family have just returned back from a lovely holiday in miami 3 days ago all I can say is I have the holiday blues now I so much want to be back there. We flew with United Airlines indirect not my first choice airline to fly with but £175 cheaper than direct when 6 travelling its a big saving I booked with Warren he were super from start to finish just a big than you for a amazing holiday

This company are appalling.

I have had an awful experience with this group of sharks. I am not sure what trick they pull with booking flights and villas to try and increase profit but it left me and my wife with a huge amount of stress and a villa we didn't book. The information we got constantly changed and with no explanation.
This is some people's holiday of a lifetime and they have no regard or respect for their customers.
I wouldn't go on a free holiday with these clowns.

The reason why there are no reviews between one and 5 stars on here is because the positive ones are so clearly FAKE.

From start to finish, Lilly made our Disneyworld experience sparkle! She put up with endless questions and queries throughout the whole process, and thanks to her expertise, she ensured that every ‘i’ was dotted and ‘t’ was crossed! We had previously stayed at Disneyworld resorts three times, and trusted Lilly to book our fourth, a three week stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge. We were not disappointed! Not only did Lilly take away all the stresses and strains that can accompany planning a holiday, but the money she saved us in comparison to high street travel agents or booking directly with Disney was amazing! I have just booked a week in New York followed by two weeks at Disneyworld Animal Kingdom Lodge with Lilly again, and have no reservations about screaming a recommendation from the rooftops to other customers! Thank you Lilly and Florida Masters for adding that extra bit of magic to our Disneyworld experience xxxx

The service received was exceptionally good all questions were answered over email straight away. We used Lilly as our consultant and I can’t recommend her and this company enough. The holiday was fantastic so we are booking again for 2020 cannot wait! Thanks again a well deserved 5 starts for you

Stay well away. Booked 9 months in advance of going away in August 2018. 3 months prior to departure we had to contact Florida masters as they never communicated with us and was told the villa was not now available. Had to accept a worse villa due to time constraints. Originally told we had Thomas cook flights, then 4 weeks before departure we were told the flights were no longer available. We did not have confirmation of flights until 10 days before departure. The whole experience stressful. Very poor communication, they do not care.Never again will use this company.

This is by far the worst holiday company I have used. Once they have your money their communication is incredibly poor. We paid additional money for an upgrade and found ourselves in the worst villa we have stayed in Florida. The villa management company they use are also very poor at communicating. I would advise to stay clear and book with someone else.

We have booked with Florida Masters twice before and we are looking into booking a family holiday next year. Their sales team have excellent customer service and have helped us get the best deals. There’s so much you can do in Orlando, looking forward to getting away from British weather!

Booked a girls holiday to Vegas and New York. Great prices and excellent service. Also booked a holiday to LA with my husband. Great service again. Would definitely use and recommend this company

Nice reliable company fabulous holiday in Orlando

We have booked with Florida masters a couple of times now with no problems at all. And we had a great family holiday. Would book again

Used Florida masters for a villa holiday to Orlando last month. Everything was as described when booking with good access to parks and malls.

Car hire was easy and would recommend using their providers.

The villa had a few issues on arrival (lights not working etc) which was rectified after contacting Florida Masters.

I personally was really happy with Florida masters. At the beginning I wasn’t too sure where I wanted to stay but they helped massively and arranged a fantastic holiday adapting to all my needs!! Highly recommend

As with other poor reviews we booked before reading the reviews (my fault). A week before travel they swap our booking around. Different flights, different airport. No sorry or anything. Worst customer service ever. They never return calls. They seem really good when booking. Once fully paid they don’t give a s**t. They deserve to go out of business.
