Booked through them over a year ago. Then 5 days before we are supposed to fly, they tell us we have to fly with someone else and from a different airport. Avoid this company at all costs, they are a complete joke, and only care about getting your money.

Be aware of Florida Masters and book elsewhere
Don’t book with these guys... the company does not exist and not registered on companies house.
Booked an exact villa in Orlando with them... only when booking confirmation came through and I read the terms and conditions that something didn’t sit right.
Called a couple of other REPUTABLE agents to see if the same villa on their books and if it was available... I found the address for the villa on line!, surprise surprise... the villa we had booked through Florida Masters was still available to be booked by anyone with two other companies. Asked them both to deffinately confirm it was still available and both confirmed it was.
Called Florida Masters and had to leave a message with a colleague of Alistair Nadar who we booked the holiday with.... no call returned!,
In order to secure this villa which we loved on the exact resort we wanted, I had to booked it for a second time through another company and pay another deposit. Now the villa is fully booked to us and no longer available on our dates.
Called Florida Masters back to cancel... lost £500.00 deposit which they did not state was unrefunable. They have no cooling off period either.
Was told by Alistair when I challenged why I wanted to cancel and get a full refund that I had woken up with a negative attitude!!! REALLY!
After very unprofessional conduct on Alistairs part he hung up the phone... enough said and my point clearly proved that they are dodgy.
Read other reviews and lots of comments about securing a holiday and they change the accommodation later on. Lots of reviews saying poor service and ended up cancelling their booking with Florida Masters so make sure you have a good look at these reviews.
Under their terms if they are unable to fulfil the booking I am due a full refund.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They come in cheaper than everyone one else but it’s not worth the grief.
Website is corrupt, only page that works is the landing page and enquiry form. click on any other button and it diverts you to non affiliated offers pages trying to extract your personal data or offers free items like an iPhone. The Florida Masters Facebook page only has likes from employees mainly a guy called Lee and no other external activity from the public on their posts which strikes me as odd.
Do yourself a favour and stay clear
