I contacted Floridatix & Jennie replied straight away answering my query.
Jennie was very helpful and resolved my query & I purchased my 4 tickets with Floridatix who are very reputable and have great service.

I can't put into words how much i appreciate the communication and expertise this company's has shown me my flights got cancelled 11 hours before flying and I contacted this company's about my passes and they sorted it straight away woth a full refund so thanks very much for all your help and will 1 million % be using this company again

Excellent customer service from Sarah

I have booked many times with FloridaTix and would highly recommend. I had to amend booking and after purchasing the peace of mind insurance Sarah was able to assist me in cancelling the original order and rebooking, with the insurance there was no loss of deposit.

Great price with excellent customer…

Great price with excellent customer service. We had issues with our Disney tickets on the day we visited. A quick message on IOT and Jennie from Floridatix came to the rescue. What looked like a holiday nightmare became a small hiccup in an otherwise magical day.

I spoke with Penny talking through what…

I spoke with Penny talking through what I wanted and the best package for me. Penny was amazing I like to think 🤔 and speak to my husband before any decisions are made. Penny was happy to call me back and true to her word she did.My Florida tickets are now all booked. Penny did all this even though I could tell she was not well and made me laugh all through the call. That's the best customer service.
