We purchased tickets (received after a delay!), for Kennedy Space Centre in April, and their website stated the package we bought included a 15USD per person lunch voucher and a 20% discount voucher for purchases in the shop. Neither vouchers were sent to us so I emailed the company to query it via their website. I didn’t get a reply so emailed a second time. I received a one line reply saying that we would get them at the check in desk at KSC. Guess what! No vouchers were included! We feel cheated as we didn’t get what was advertised and more to the point, what we’d paid for. I would not use this company again.
First time I've used floridaTix, and they were great! It's a legit company with amazing deals! I was able to get a group booking for Kennedy Space Centre. We got a good price, but what made it perfect was the free $15 dollars food voucher per person, which for a school trip group it makes it so much more practical! When I couldn't find the tickets in my email I messaged them and they were so quick to reply and resolve (turns out it was my fault!). They were so helpful and understanding. I will definitely use them again.

Absolutely amazing customer service! The booking with Sarah Dale was really straight forward, she explained everything to us! We were going with another family so she ensured we all got booked on separate bookings but with the same tickets. we booked a year in advance and then contacted her closer to the date and she was so helpful! She adjusted our prices to fit in line with the current price. I couldn’t ask for anymore in terms of customer service she and all the team at Florida Tix are so helpful!
I've had a wonderful experience buying Universal tickets through this company and they responded very quickly by email to my queries. Penny went above and beyond to get the best deal for me and get my tickets on time. I'll definitely recommend and be using again in the future.

It is the 4th time we’ve used them, number 5 is in 8 weeks.
I have zero doubts about this company, great prices and always deliver.
False statement on their website regarding price match promise. Purchased my tickets then found them cheaper with another UK company. Contacted Floridatix and they refused to price match. I was told the other company was US based - they are not, they are a UK registered company selling attraction tickets. In their final email I was not given an explanation and just told they would not price match and I can cancel and lose my £40 insurance payment. I chose this option as I would rather give my money to a reputable company that doesn't make false promises.

Extremely disappointed that your company changes to cancel even when there it’s months in advance and no admin work involved as no tickets had been printed, not even emailed other than a confirmation email.
The reason I used your company to start with was because of top cash back, it was tracked and applied to my top cash back accountant and then 2 weeks later declined without any reason. This is before I have had to cancel. Your supposed to be helping people in these tough times, not making money out of people’s misfortunes.

Bought 3 park tickets for Busch gardens, SeaWorld and Aquatica. Got food poisoning from Busch gardens (lots of other people same week were reporting similar symptoms online) which meant we couldn’t use our other park tickets as I was too unwell. Contacted the company and no offer of partial refund. Won’t accept responsibility. If you sell the tickets to people you have a duty of care to make sure these places are fit to visit.
Sold tickets for Kennedy Space centre for 23rd November ...only by chance I noticed that the attraction is closed for thanksgiving .I'm so mad as I would have paid over $200 for transport for nothing .Should not sell tickets for days the attractions are closed ...basic customer service skills .Awaiting a refund ,let's see how long this takes ...

Ordered some universal tickets and needed to change them to a later date , I spoke to Sarah and it was all sorted with no issues ,,
She was great and sorted it no problem , I breath of fresh air dealing with a lady who cared and wanted to help .

I booked Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets through FloridaTix back in May. Once I hit my 60 days out I booked other experiences including restaurants and Bibbity Bobbity Boutique (BBB) for my 5 year old.
The only BBB reservation I could get was on the day of the Halloween party and we didn’t want to have both of those experiences on the same day as we felt it would be too much for our 5 year old and a little overwhelming.
I phoned FloridaTix to ask if it was possible to move the date, I was told no, it’s in terms and conditions. I asked if they could possibly just ask Disney the question, I offered to pay more or an amendment fee if need be and I was basically told off saying ‘I knew what I was booking, it’s in the terms, it’s not a simple thing you’re asking me to do!’ Begrudgingly the lady said she would contact Disney and ask the question after a lot of discussion and being made to feel awful for even asking. She promised she would let me know one way or another. I heard nothing! So after three weeks, and not even an email to let me know either way, I decided to call Disney myself. The lovely cast member swapped my tickets to another date there and then in around 10 mins. She was so kind and helpful and understanding when I explained our reasons.
Lesson learnt here, I’d rather pay a little more in the future to book tickets through Disney themselves (and know their excellent customer service will be there for me) than save a few £ and receive such awful service from FloridaTix.

Great website but I preferred to check details with a live agent before paying due to the amazing price. Connected quickly and was very fortunate to speak to Sarah who went out of her way to reassure me - first time travelling as single parent- and even gave personal recommendations for whilst in Orlando. My tickets were issued immediately despite being advised of a backlog. Floridatix, you have a real asset in Sarah, please look after her well! Thank you
Very poor customer service experience, paid for my Disney tickets over a week ago within my deadline only for my tickets to not have arrived over 8 days later. Website states will be emailed within 72 hours. Have called on numerous occasions to say they have delays. We go in less than 25 days and want to book park days! Keep being fobbed off saying, will be with me within 48 hours, not arrived to then be told I paid at last minute so that’s were the delay is and told I have to wait another week! Not acceptable. Will not use again!

Beware of FloridaTix Advertised Cashback promises.
We purchased attraction tickets from FloridaTix in May 2022 & July 2022 for our family Holiday to Florida in August 2022. Floridatix were not the cheapest tickets available at the time but with the advertised cash back through Top Cashback we chose them.
Now almost 12 months later and despite chasing the Cashback and TCB trying to get the Cashback released from Floridatix we still have not received the advertised cash back. TCB have been great but FloridaTix will not release the Cashback to TCB in order to make it payable to ourselves.
Do not purchase tickets from Floridatix if you’re taking into account advertised Cashback rates when shopping around for prices as based on our experience and that of several friends we travelled with you will not receive it.
They are advertising incentives which they are not delivering on and should be held accountable. Needless to say we are unable to recommend FloridaTix and will not be making any future purchases from them.
